This patch synchronizes the am33xx SoC specific files with those from
Linux 4.20.0. Hence all board maintainers of am33xx based boards are
on the cc list.
The main purpose of this patch is to prevent further diverging of the
dts files from U-Boot and those from Linux. It aims to set the stage
for the synchronization of board specific dts files. Example: I'm the
maintainer of the PDU001 board: once this patch is applied successfully
I will make changes to the board specific dts file in Linux only and
then post a patch with a copy of this exact dts file to U-Boot. This
will make U-Boot and Linux remain in sync.
The stumbling block of https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/943627 was
removed by the patch https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/962428 from
Lokesh Vutla (many thanks!). This omap-serial driver allows using the
Linux am33xx.dtsi file in U-Boot.
Other changes to dts and dtsi files made by this patch are mainly to
prevent _new_ warnings during the build process. Especially the warning
at pinmux@800 stating 'unnecessary #address-cells/#size-cells without
"ranges" or child "reg"' was not removed. This warning is a good example
showing the benefit of the synchronization: if it needs to be fixed it
will be fixed in Linux and ported back to U-Boot.
Buildman reports all 46 am33xx SoC based boards to build fine, with
warnings of course. Nevertheless this patch should be tested thoroughly
on as many boards as possible to prevent any collateral damage.

Section 9.2.2 Pad Control Registers, setting bit 6 of the pad control

arm64: dts: allwinner: h5: Add cpu0 label for first cpu
Since the H3 and H5 are very similar (aside from the actual ARM cores),
they share most the SoC .dtsi and thus have to be updated together.
One tiny change is the removal of the "arm/" prefix from the include
path in the sun50i-h5.dtsi, which is needed because we don't share the
same sophisticated DT directory layout of Linux.
Also we need to fix up the board .dts files already, since the .dtsi
removes some pins, so the .dts can't reference them anymore. This is to
maintain bisectability.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

_ Add RCC clock driver node and update all clocks phandle

By default, on kernel side, all clocks was temporarly
configured as a phandle to timer_clk waiting for a RCC
clock driver to be available.
On U-boot side, we now have a dedicated RCC clock driver, we

Clock sources could be:
_ HSE (High Speed External)

This adds a DRAM controller driver for the RK3368 and places it in
drivers/ram/rockchip (where the other DM-enabled DRAM controller
drivers for rockchip devices should also be moved eventually).
At this stage, only the following feature-set is supported:
- DDR3
- 32-bit configuration (i.e. fully populated)
- dual-rank (i.e. no auto-detection of ranks)
- DDR3-1600K speed-bin
This driver expects to run from a TPL stage that will later return to
the RK3368 BROM. It communicates with later stages through the
os_reg2 in the pmugrf (i.e. using the same mechanism as Rockchip's DDR
init code).
Unlike other DMC drivers for RK32xx and RK33xx parts, the required
timings are calculated within the driver based on a target frequency
and a DDR3 speed-bin (only the DDR3-1600K speed-bin is support at this
time).
The RK3368 also has the DDRC0_CON0 (DDR ch. 0, control-register 0)
register for controlling the operation of its (single-channel) DRAM
controller in the GRF block. This provides for selecting DDR3, mobile
DDR modes, and control low-power operation.
As part of this change, DDRC0_CON0 is also added to the GRF structure
definition (at offset 0x600).

This is the DT used in Linux 4.12-rc1.
Since U-Boot has an Ethernet driver (while Linux does not yet), we
provide the required DT nodes for it in an ...-u-boot.dtsi file, to both
mark them as U-Boot specific and to allow easier upgrading once Linux gets
the driver and its own binding later.
Compared to the existing Ethernet DT nodes we just slightly tweak the clock
and reset nodes in there to match the new bindings used by Linux for those.

Add support for clocks needed by MACs to ast2500 clock driver.
The clocks are D2-PLL, which is used by both MACs and PCLK_MAC1 and
PCLK_MAC2 for MAC1 and MAC2 respectively.
The rate of D2-PLL is hardcoded to 250MHz -- the value used in Aspeed
SDK. It is not entirely clear from the datasheet how this clock is used
by MACs, so not clear if the rate would ever need to be different. So,
for now, hardcoding it is probably safer.
The rate of PCLK_MAC{1,2} is chosen based on MAC speed selected through
hardware strapping.
So, the network driver would only need to enable these clocks, no need
to configure the rate.

Clock Driver
This driver is ast2500-specific and is not compatible with earlier
versions of this chip. The differences are not that big, but they are
in somewhat random places, so making it compatible with ast2400 is not
worth the effort at the moment.
SDRAM MC driver
The driver is very ast2500-specific and is completely incompatible
with previous versions of the chip.
The memory controller is very poorly documented by Aspeed in the
datasheet, with any mention of the whole range of registers missing. The
initialization procedure has been basically taken from Aspeed SDK, where
it is implemented in assembly. Here it is rewritten in C, with very limited
understanding of what exactly it is doing.

The primary benefit of this change is that it adds all missing clocks and
resets properties to peripherals. This will allow peripheral drivers to
migrate to the standard clock and reset APIs in the future.
Main changes:
* Brought in the correct Tegra210 CAR binding; the old file in U-Boot
appears to be a renamed version of the Tegra124 bindings rather than
the real Tegra210 version.
* Conversion of SPI and UART nodes to standard DMA bindings. U-Boot
doesn't use DMA so isn't affected.
* Split of EHCI and USB PHY nodes. The EHCI nodes continue to contain all
information required by U-Boot, so U-Boot is not affected.
* Conversion of many magic numbers to named defines.
* Addition of many nodes not used by U-Boot, including separation of the
Tegra LIC (Legacy IRQ controller) and GIC.
* Node sort order fixes.
Remaining deltas relative to the Linux DT:
* U-Boot has enabled PCIe for Tegra210, but the kernel hasn't yet.
* The GPIO node compatible value in the kernel explicitly includes
Tegra124 values whereas U-Boot does not. I'll send a kernel patch to
correct this.

The primary benefit of this change is that it adds all missing clocks and

migrate to the standard clock and reset APIs in the future.
Main changes:
* USB phy_type property is aligned with the kernel, so board files are
updated so the final DT content doesn't change. I'm not convinved that
Nyan uses HSIC phy_type. However, I'd rather this change be a no-op,
and any DT bug-fixes be separate.
* Sync misc changes from the kernel: missing DT content, minor compatible
value fixes, typos.
Remaining deltas relative to the Linux DT:
* U-Boot uses #address-cells/#size-cells of 1 whereas the kernel uses 2.
I believe U-Boot's DT parsing currently assumes that these values match
the physical address size, so I didn't synchronize this part of the DT.
* U-Boot uses the original XUSB PHY DT binding, wherease the kernel DT
has moved to a newer version. Thus, XUSB client nodes include properties
names phys and phy-names that do not appear in the kernel, and don't
include pad definitions in the padctl node.

This patch includes the latest DT sources for socfpga from the current
Linux kernel. And enables CONFIG_OF_CONTROL for the new build target
"socfpga_socrates" (the EBV SoCrates board) to make use of this new DT
support.
Until this patch, the only SoCFPGA U-Boot target in mainline is
"socfpga_cyclone5". This build target is not (yet) changed to support
DT. So nothing changes for this target. Even though the long-term
goal should be to move all SoCFPGA targets over to DT.
One of the reasons to enable DT support in SoCFPGA is, that I need to
support multiple different SPI controllers for this platform. This is
the QSPI Cadence controller and the Designware SPI master controller.
Both are implemented in the SoCFPGA. And enabling both controllers is
only possible by using the new driver model (DM). The DM SPI code
only supports DT based probing. So it was easier to move SoCFPGA to
DT than to add the (deprecated) platform-data based probing to the
DM SPI suport.
Note that the image with the dtb embedded is u-boot-dtb.img. This needs
to be used now for those DT enabled boards instead of u-boot.img.
