Commit f3729ba6e7 ("watchdog: mpc8xx_wdt: Watchdog driver and macros
cleanup") switched the watchdog to CONFIG_WATCHDOG. But this is not
compatible with the 8xx because it starts the watchdog HW timer at
reset and must be serviced from the very beginning including while
U-boot is executed in the firmware before relocation in RAM.
Select CONFIG_HW_WATCHDOG and make hw_watchdog_reset() visible.
Meanwhile, finalise the cleanup of arch/powerpc/cpu/mpc8xx/Kconfig by
removing the lines put in comment in that commit, and also remove
again the selection of CONFIG_MPC8xx_WATCHDOG which was removed by
that commit and brought back by mistake by commit b3134ffbd9
("watchdog: Kconfig: Sort entry alphabetically")
Note that there was an 'imply WATCHDOG' in the original commit but
it disappeared in the Kconfig alphabetical sorting, so no need to
remove it here.

The QorIQ eSDHC controller supports two reference clocks. They are

2d9ca2c mmc: fsl_esdhc: Add peripheral clock support

However the implementation on both u-boot and linux was only

MPC83xx uses CONFIG_83XX_CLKIN instead of CONFIG_SYS_CLK_FREQ to set the
system clock. To migrate the architecture, we can replace
CONFIG_83XX_CLKIN with CONFIG_SYS_CLK_FREQ.
To do this
* replace all occurrences of CONFIG_83XX_CLKIN with CONFIG_SYS_CLK_FREQ
* set CONFIG_SYS_CLK_FREQ to the old value of CONFIG_83XX_CLKIN in all
MPC83xx config files
Signed-off-by: Mario Six <mario.six@gdsys.cc>
CONFIG_SYS_CLK_FREQ is the standard way to set the system clock
frequency. On MPC83xx, CONFIG_83XX_CLKIN is used for this purpose.
Hence, the obvious way is to replace CONFIG_83XX_CLKIN with
CONFIG_SYS_CLK_FREQ.
A few MPC83xx boards use the CONFIG_83XX_CLKIN variable for computing
CONFIG_SYS_NS16550_CLK. This makes it harder to replace
CONFIG_83XX_CLKIN.
But the value of the multiplicator can be read from the SPMR register.
Hence, replace the static calculations with a call to a new get_bus_freq
function, as other architectures do.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

IMMR + 0x2e00..0x3800: BD/Data/Microcode

IMMR + 0x3a00..0x3c00: BD/Data/Microcode
IMMR + 0x3c00..0x4000: Parameters for the Peripheral Controllers
Lets reallocate all BDs in the 3800..3a00 area and give the full

Only ARM and in some configs MIPS really implement arch_fixup_fdt().
Others just use the same boilerplate which is not good by itself,
but what's worse if we try to build with disabled CONFIG_CMD_BOOTM
and enabled CONFIG_OF_LIBFDT we'll hit an unknown symbol which was
apparently implemented in arch/xxx/lib/bootm.c.
Now with weak arch_fixup_fdt() right in image-fdt.c where it is
used we get both items highlighted above fixed.

This patch adds changes necessary to move functionality present in
PowerPC folders with ARM architectures that have DPAA1 QBMan hardware
- Create new board/freescale/common/fsl_portals.c to house shared
device tree fixups for DPAA1 devices with ARM and PowerPC cores
- Add new header file to top includes directory to allow files in
both architectures to grab the function prototypes
- Port inhibit_portals() from PowerPC to ARM. This function is used in
setup to disable interrupts on all QMan and BMan portals. It is
needed because the interrupts are enabled by default for all portals
including unused/uninitialised portals. When the kernel attempts to
go to deep sleep the unused portals prevent it from doing so

Convert the powerpc architecture to make use of the new asm-generic/io.h
to provide address mapping functions. As powerpc can actually perform
non-identity mapping between physical & virtual addresses we can't
simply make use of the generic phys_to_virt() & virt_to_phys()
functions. However since map_physmem() already effectively implemented
the same thing as virt_to_phys() we can simply implement virt_to_phys()
instead of map_physmem() & use the generic map_physmem(). We also drop
the no-op unmap_physmem().
This has only been build-tested, feedback from architecture maintainers
is welcome.

At present we support multiple environment drivers but there is not way to
select between them at run time. Also settings related to the position and
size of the environment area are global (i.e. apply to all locations).
Until these limitations are removed we cannot really support more than one
environment location. Adjust the location to be a choice so that only one
can be selected. By default the environment is 'nowhere', meaning that the
environment exists only in memory and cannot be saved.

or mpc86xx_reginfo() based on CONFIG_ symbol.
As those 3 functions can't me defined at the same time, let's
rename them print_reginfo() to avoid the #ifdefs
The name is kept generic as it is not at all dependent on
powerpc arch and any other arch could want to also print
such information.
In addition, as the Makefile compiles cmd/reginfo.c only when
CONFIG_CMD_REGINFO is set, there is no need to enclose the U_BOOT_CMD
definition inside a #ifdef CONFIG_CMD_REGINFO
Lets all remove the #ifdefs around the U_BOOT_CMD as this
file is only compiled when CONFIG_CMD_REGINFO is defined
