82401fc74f Calling gameStarted in a game that doesn't load any assets would cause the error {code: "INVALID_OPERATION", message: "Can not perform this operation before game start."}. 91f8f96a76 TilemapWalker allows you to set a location marker into a tilemap. You can then move around with commands such as moveForward, turnLeft, etc.
New consts: Phaser.Tilemap.NORTH, SOUTH, EAST and WEST to use with the TileMapWalker Plugin.

54b71ddc23 Phaser.ArrayList is a new iterative object, similar in principal to a linked list but operating on a single array without modifying the object structure.
Input and Pointer now use the new ArrayList instead of a LinkedList, which resolve list item removable during callback issues.
Input.reset no longer resets every interactive item it knows of, because they are removed during the destroy phase and can now persist between States if needed.

a7ff5f884c Added basic Webcam plugin.
Added Device.getUserMedia detection.
Updated config.php so you can toggle physics engines on/off via flags.
Updated Gruntfile.js so it builds a Phaser + Pixi but no Physics libs.
