6aabe229f8 riscv: define a cache line size for the generic CPU
The USB 3.0 driver xhci-mem.c requires CONFIG_SYS_CACHELINE_SIZE to be set.

Define the cache line size for QEMU on RISC-V to be 64 bytes.

28ff3f16c4 riscv: setup per-hart stack earlier
Harts need to use per-hart stack before any function call, even if that
function is a simple one. When the callee uses stack for register save/
restore, especially RA, if nested call, concurrent access by multiple
harts on the same stack will cause data-race.

This patch sets up SP before `board_init_f_alloc_reserve`. A side effect
of this is that the memory layout has changed as the following:

38d900b409 ram: starfive: Read memory size information from EEPROM
StarFive VisionFive 2 has two versions, 1.2A and 1.3B, each version of
DDR capacity includes 2G/4G/8G, a DT can not support multiple
capacities, so the capacity size information is recorded to EEPROM, when
DDR initialization required capacity size information is read from
EEPROM.

If there is no information in EEPROM, it is initialized with the default
size defined in DT.

4a3efd71cd riscv: Fix alignment of RELA sections in the linker scripts
In current linker script both .efi_runtime_rel and .rela.dyn sections
are of RELA type whose entry size is either 12 (RV32) or 24 (RV64).
These two are arranged as a continuous region on purpose so that the
prelink-riscv executable can fix up the PIE addresses in one loop.

However there is an 'ALIGN(8)' between these 2 sections which might
cause a gap to be inserted between these 2 sections to satisfy the
alignment requirement on RV32. This would break the assumption of
the prelink process and generate an unbootable image.

55171aedda dm: Emit the arch_cpu_init_dm() even only before relocation
The original function was only called once, before relocation. The new
one is called again after relocation. This was not the intent of the
original call. Fix this by renaming and updating the calling logic.

With this, chromebook_link64 makes it through SPL.

9a6569a043 riscv: Update alignment for some sections in linker scripts
Some sections in the linker scripts are aligned to 4 bytes, which
may cause misaligned exception on some platforms, e.g.: clearing
the bss section on 64-bit hardware if __bss_start does not start
from a naturally 8 bytes aligned address.

485f593079 riscv: Change to use positive offset to access relocation entries
The codes currently skip the very first relocation entry, and have
an inaccurate comment "skip first reserved entry" indicating that
the first entry is reserved, but later it references the elements
in the first relocation entry using a minus offset.

Change to use a positive offset so that there is no need to skip
the first relocation entry.

d8a146d19b riscv: cpu: ax25: Simplify cache enabling logic in harts_early_init()
As the OpenSBI v1.2 does not enable the cache [0], we enable
the i/d-cache in harts_early_init() and do not disable in
cleanup_before_linux(). This patch also simplifies the logic
and moves the CSR encoding to include/asm/arch-andes/csr.h.

5b71b7bf92 riscv: ax25: bypass malloc when spl fit boots from ram
When fit image boots from ram, the payload will
be prepared in the address of SPL_LOAD_FIT_ADDRESS.
In spl fit generic flow, it will malloc another
memory address and copy whole fit image to this
malloc address.  But it is un-necessary for booting
from RAM.

This patch improves this flow by declare the
board_spl_fit_buffer_addr() to replace the original one.
The larger image size (eq: Kernel Image 10~20MB), it
can save more booting time.

81b56a55c2 riscv: cpu: check U-Mode before counteren write
The Priv ISA states:
"In systems without U-mode, the mcounteren register should
not exist."

Check U-Mode is present in MISA before writing to counteren, otherwise
we endup with Illegal Instruction exception on systems without U-Mode.

Also make checking MISA default for M-Mode.

c277c787a0 riscv: Fix detecting FPU support in standard extension
We should check the string until it hits underscore, in case it
searches multi-letter extensions. For example, "rv64imac_xandes"
will be treated as D extension support since there is a "d" in
"andes", resulting illegal instruction caused by initializing FCSR.

a5dfa3b8a0 riscv: Rename Andes PLIC to PLICSW

e0465f80bd riscv: Introduce AVAILABLE_HARTS
In SMP all harts will register themself in available_hart
during start up. Then main hart will send IPI to other harts
according to this variables. But this mechanism may not
guarantee that all other harts can jump to next stage.

When main hart is sending IPI to other hart according to
available_harts, but other harts maybe still not finish the
registration. Then the SMP booting will miss some harts finally.
So let it become an option and it will be enabled by default.

c2bdf02c9d spl: introduce SPL_XIP to config
U-Boot and SPL don't necessary share the same location, so we might end
with U-Boot SPL in read-only memory (XIP) and U-Boot in read-write memory.

In case of non XIP boot mode, we rely on such variables as "hart_lottery"
and "available_harts_lock" which we use as atomics.

The problem is that CONFIG_XIP also propagate to main U-Boot, not only SPL,
so we need CONFIG_SPL_XIP to distinguish SPL XIP from other XIP modes.

This adds an option special for SPL to behave it in XIP manner and we don't
use hart_lottery and available_harts_lock, during start proccess.

f4512618ca riscv: ae350: Fix XIP config boot failure
The booting flow is SPL -> OpenSBI -> U-Boot.
The boot hart may change after OpenSBI and may not always be hart0,
so wrap the related branch instruction with M-MODE.

Current DTB setup for XIP is not valid.
There is no chance for CONFIG_SYS_FDT_BASE, the DTB address used
in XIP mode, to be returned. Fix this.

99e2fbcb69 linker_lists: Rename sections to remove . prefix
Rename the sections used to implement linker lists so they begin with
'__u_boot_list' rather than '.u_boot_list'. The double underscore at the
start is still distinct from the single underscore used by the symbol
names.

Having a '.' in the section names conflicts with clang's ASAN
instrumentation which tries to add redzones between the linker list
elements, causing expected accesses to fail. However, clang doesn't try
to add redzones to user sections, which are names with all alphanumeric
and underscore characters.

eaf6ea6a1d Migrate CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to Kconfig using system-constants.h
- Make all users of CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR reference SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR
- Introduce HAS_CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to allow for setting the stack
  pointer directly, otherwise we use the common calculation.
- On some platforms that were using the standard calculation but did not
  set CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE / CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR, set them.
- On a small number of platforms that were not subtracting
  GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE do so now via the standard calculation.
- CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET is now widely unused, so remove it from most
  board config header files.

2e8d2f8843 riscv: Remove OF_PRIOR_STAGE from RISC-V boards
At some point back in 2018 prior_stage_fdt_address and OF_PRIOR_STAGE got
introduced,  in order to support a DTB handed over by an earlier stage boo
loader.  However we have another option in the Kconfig (OF_BOARD) which has
identical semantics.

On RISC-V some of the boards pick up the DTB from a1 and copy it in their
private gd_t.  Apart from that they copy it to prior_stage_fdt_address,  if
the Kconfig option is selected, which is unnecessary.

So let's switch the config option for those boards to OF_BOARD and define
the required board_fdt_blob_setup() for them.

236f2ec432 treewide: Convert macro and uses of __section(foo) to __section("foo")
This commit does the same thing as Linux commit 33def8498fdd.

Use a more generic form for __section that requires quotes to avoid
complications with clang and gcc differences.

Remove the quote operator # from compiler_attributes.h __section macro.

Convert all unquoted __section(foo) uses to quoted __section("foo").
Also convert __attribute__((section("foo"))) uses to __section("foo")
even if the __attribute__ has multiple list entry forms.

a6d7e8c914 riscv: Split SiFive CLINT support between SPL and U-Boot proper
At present there is only one Kconfig option CONFIG_SIFIVE_CLINT to
control the enabling of SiFive CLINT support in both SPL (M-mode)
and U-Boot proper (S-mode). So for a typical SPL config that the
SiFive CLINT driver is enabled in both SPL and U-Boot proper, that
means the S-mode U-Boot tries to access the memory-mapped CLINT
registers directly, instead of the normal 'rdtime' instruction.

This was not a problem before, as the hardware does not forbid the
access from S-mode. However this becomes an issue now with OpenSBI
commit 8b569803475e ("lib: utils/sys: Add CLINT memregion in the root domain")
that the SiFive CLINT register space is protected by PMP for M-mode
access only. U-Boot proper does not boot any more with the latest
OpenSBI, that access exceptions are fired forever from U-Boot when
trying to read the timer value via the SiFive CLINT driver in U-Boot.

To solve this, we need to split current SiFive CLINT support between
SPL and U-Boot proper, using 2 separate Kconfig options.
