So far LS/FS devices directly attached to xHC root port can be
successfully enumerated by xHCI driver, but if they are connected
behind a hub, the enumeration process fails to address the device.
It turns out xHCI driver still misses a part that in the device's
input slot context, all Transaction Translator (TT) related fields
are not programmed. The xHCI spec defines how to enable TT.
Now LS/FS devices like USB keyboard/mouse can be enumerated behind
a high speed hub.

xHCI spec says: the values of the 'route string' field shall be
initialized by the first 'Address Device' command issued to a
device slot, and shall not be modified by any other command.
So far U-Boot does not program this field, and it does not prevent
SS device directly attached to root port, or HS device behind an HS
hub, from working, due to the fact that 'route string' is used by
the xHC to target SS packets. But in order to enumerate devices
behind an SS hub, this field must be programmed.
With this commit and along with previous commits, now SS & HS devices
attached to a USB 3.0 hub can be enumerated by U-Boot.

These support the flat device tree. We want to use the dev_read_..()
prefix for functions that support both flat tree and live tree. So rename
the existing functions to avoid confusion.
In the end we will have:
1. dev_read_addr...() - works on devices, supports flat/live tree
2. devfdt_get_addr...() - current functions, flat tree only
3. of_get_address() etc. - new functions, live tree only
All drivers will be written to use 1. That function will in turn call
either 2 or 3 depending on whether the flat or live tree is in use.

any dirty lines from the DMA buffer in the cache, subsequent cache-line

Merely using dma_alloc_coherent does not ensure that there is no stale
data left in the caches for the allocated DMA buffer (i.e. that the
affected cacheline may still be dirty).
The original code was doing the following (on AArch64, which
translates a 'flush' into a 'clean + invalidate'):
# during initialisation:
1. allocate buffers via memalign
=> buffers may still be modified (cached, dirty)
# during interrupt processing
2. clean + invalidate buffers
=> may commit stale data from a modified cacheline
3. read from buffers
This could lead to garbage info being written to buffers before
reading them during even-processing.
To make the event processing more robust, we use the following sequence
for the cache-maintenance:
# during initialisation:
1. allocate buffers via memalign
2. clean + invalidate buffers
(we only need the 'invalidate' part, but dwc3_flush_cache()
always performs a 'clean + invalidate')
# during interrupt processing
3. read the buffers
(we know these lines are not cached, due to the previous
invalidation and no other code touching them in-between)
4. clean + invalidate buffers
=> writes back any modification we may have made during event
processing and ensures that the lines are not in the cache
the next time we enter interrupt processing
Note that with the original sequence, we observe reproducible
(depending on the cache state: i.e. running dhcp/usb start before will
upset caches to get us around this) issues in the event processing (a
fatal synchronous abort in dwc3_gadget_uboot_handle_interrupt on the
first time interrupt handling is invoked) when running USB mass
storage emulation on our RK3399-Q7 with data-caches on.

The dwc3_flush_cache() call was declared and used inconsistently:
* The declaration assumed 'int' for addresses (a potential issue
when running in a LP64 memory model).
* The invocation cast the address to 'long'.
This change ensures that both the declaration and usage of this
function consistently uses 'uintptr_t' for correct behaviour even
when the allocated buffers (to be flushed) reside outside of the
lower 32bits of memory.

OHCI has a known limitation of allowing only 32-bit DMA buffer
addresses, so we have a lot of u32 variables around, which are assigned
to pointers and vice versa. This obviously creates issues with 64-bit
systems, so the compiler complains here and there.
To allow compilation for 64-bit boards which use only memory below 4GB
anyway (and to avoid more invasive fixes), adjust some casts and types
and assume that the EDs and TDs are all located in the lower 4GB.
This fixes compilation of the OHCI driver for the Pine64.

USB ULPI PHY reset signals are typically active low. Consequently, they
should be marked as GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW in device tree, and indeed they are in
the Linux kernel DTs, and in DT properties that U-Boot doesn't yet use.
However, in DT properties that U-Boot does use, the value has been set to
0 (== GPIO_ACTIVE_HIGH) to work around a bug in U-Boot.
This change fixes the DT to correctly represent the HW, and fixes the
Tegra USB driver to cope with the fact that dm_gpio_set_value() internally
handles any inversions implied by the DT value GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW.

With sunxi-musb musb_lowlevel_init() can fail when a charger; or no cable
is plugged into the otg port.
To avoid leaking the struct musb allocated by musb_init_controller()
on repeated musb_usb_probe() calls, we were caching its result.
But musb_init_controller() does more, such as calling sunxi_musb_init()
which enables the clocks.
Not calling sunxi_musb_init() causes the musb controller to stop working
after a "usb reset" since that calls musb_usb_remove() which disables the
clocks.
This commit fixes this by removing the caching of the struct returned
from musb_init_controller(), it replaces this by free-ing the allocated
memory in musb_usb_remove() and calling musb_usb_remove() on
musb_usb_probe() errors to ensure proper cleanup.
While at it also make musb_usb_probe() and musb_usb_remove() static.

The meaning of CONFIG_USB in U-Boot is different from that in Linux.
As you see in drivers/usb/Kconfig of Linux, CONFIG_USB enables the
USB host controller support, while CONFIG_USB_SUPPORT is used to
enable the whole of the USB sub-system.
When I added CONFIG_USB into Kconfig by commit 6e7e9294d3 ("usb:
add basic USB configs in Kconfig"), I planned to follow the Linux's
convention, i.e. CONFIG_USB to enable/disable the USB host support.
Then, commit 68f7c5db2d ("usb: Generic USB Kconfig option, that
fits both host and gadget and comments") changed the logic of the
CONFIG_USB to point to the whole of the USB sub-system. As a result,
currently we do not have an option for USB host.
This commit adds CONFIG_USB_HOST, which will be useful to compile
in the USB host support code.
CONFIG_USB_HOST is not referenced at all, but strangely some boards
define it in board headers. I removed them because USB_HOST will be
selected in Kconfig going forward.

The following changes are made to the clock API:
* The concept of "clocks" and "peripheral clocks" are unified; each clock
provider now implements a single set of clocks. This provides a simpler
conceptual interface to clients, and better aligns with device tree
clock bindings.
* Clocks are now identified with a single "struct clk", rather than
requiring clients to store the clock provider device and clock identity
values separately. For simple clock consumers, this isolates clients
from internal details of the clock API.
* clk.h is split so it only contains the client/consumer API, whereas
clk-uclass.h contains the provider API. This aligns with the recently
added reset and mailbox APIs.
* clk_ops .of_xlate(), .request(), and .free() are added so providers
can customize these operations if needed. This also aligns with the
recently added reset and mailbox APIs.
* clk_disable() is added.
* All users of the current clock APIs are updated.
* Sandbox clock tests are updated to exercise clock lookup via DT, and
clock enable/disable.
* rkclk_get_clk() is removed and replaced with standard APIs.
Buildman shows no clock-related errors for any board for which buildman
can download a toolchain.

This patch fixes situation when one would like to write large file into
medium with the file system (fat, ext4, etc).
This change sets file size limitation to the DFU internal buffer size.
Since u-boot is not supporting interrupts and seek on file systems, it
becomes challenging to store large file appropriately.
To reproduce this error - create large file (around 26 MiB) and sent it
to the target board.
Lets examine the flow of USB transactions:
0. DFU uses EP0 with 64B MPS [Max Packet Size]
1. Send file - OUT (PC->target) - dat_26MiB.img is sent with 4096 B transactions
2. Get status - OUT (PC->target) - wait for DFU_STATE_dfuDNLOAD_IDLE (0x05) sent
from target board - IN transaction
(target->PC)
3. The whole file content is sent to target - OUT (PC->target) with ZLP [Zero
Length Packet]
Now the interesting part starts:
4. OUT (PC->target) Setup transaction (request to share DFU state)
5. IN (target->PC) - reply the current DFU state
- In the UDC driver the req->completion (with dfu_flush) is called
after successful IN transfer.
- The dfu_flush() (called from req->completion callback) saves the
whole file at once (u-boot doesn't support seek on fs).
Such operation takes considerable time. When the file
is large - e.g. 26MiB - this time may be more than 5 seconds.
6. OUT (PC->target) - ZLP, is send in the same time when dfu_flush()
writes data to eMMC memory.
The dfu-util application has hard coded timeout on USB transaction
completion set to 5 seconds (it uses libusb calls).
When the file to store is large (e.g. 26 MiB) the time needed to write it
may excess the dfu-util timeout and following error message will be displayed:
"unable to read DFU status" on the HOST PC console.
This change is supposed to leverage DFU's part responsible for storing files
on file systems. Other DFU operations - i.e. raw/partition write to NAND and
eMMC should work as before.
The only functional change is the error reporting. When dfu_flush() fails
the u-boot prompt will exit with error information and dfu-util application
exits afterwards as well.

- Odroid XU3 (Exynos5433) - test with large file

USB protocol allows for 16 IN and 16 OUT endpoints (USB 2.0 Spec,
8.3.2.2 Endpoint Field). A function may have an EP 1 for both IN and OUT,
so these two should be kept separate. As EPs are either BULK or INTERRUPT
(or ISO), it is fine to have one array per direction for all transfer
types (also see e236519b73).
USB device address is 7 bits, so a bus may have more than 16 devices.

CSPLITs for INTERRUPT transactions have to be scheduled in each microframe
following the SSPLIT. INTERRUPT transfers are executed in the next even/
odd microframe depending on the HCCHAR_ODDFRM flag.
As there are no handshakes for INTERRUPT SSPLITs the SSPLIT may have
failed (transport error) without the error being detected by the host
driver. If the last CSPLIT is not received within 4 microframes after the
SSPLIT there was a transaction error and the complete transaction has
to be restarted.

smaller), the xfer_len will be to large, e.g.:
xfer_len = MAX_TRANSFER_SIZE = 65535
max packet size = 512
=> num_packets = 128
=> IN xfer_len = 65536
For OUT transactions larger than (65536 - mps) bytes, the xfer_len
determination is quite awkward, it is only correct due to:
- max_packet_size for control/bulk/interrupt is required to be
power-of-two.
- (CONFIG_DWC2_MAX_TRANSFER_SIZE + 1) % max-packet-size is zero
for all allowed (2^3 ... 2^9) packet sizes
As the max xfer len is loop invariant, it can be moved out of the loop.

The ifdef'ed Linux kernel code uses the 1 based port number, whereas U-Boot
puts a 0 based port number into the register. The reason the 0 based port
number apparently works can probably be taken from the USB 2.0 spec:
8.4.2.2 Start-Split Transaction Token
... The host must correctly set the port field for single and multiple TT
hub implementations. A single TT hub implementation *may ignore* the port
field.
Actually, as far as I understand, a multi TT hub defaults to single TT
(bAlternateSetting: 0) until switched via SetInterface, so even "port 42"
would work.
The change was verified by hardcoding the port number to a wrong value,
SPLIT transactions kept working (although using a DWC2 instead of MUSB).
Tested hubs are the RPi onboard SMC9514 and an external "05e3:0608
Genesys Logic, Inc. USB-2.0 4-Port HUB". The former is a multi TT hub,
the latter single TT only.

So far the fastboot code was only supporting MMC-backed devices for its
flashing operations (flash and erase).
Add a storage backend for NAND-backed devices.
Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com>
The fastboot flash command that writes an image to a partition works in
several steps:
1 - Retrieve the maximum size the device can download through the
"max-download-size" variable
2 - Retrieve the partition type through the "partition-type:%s" variable,
that indicates whether or not the partition needs to be erased (even
though the fastboot client has minimal support for that)
3a - If the image is smaller than what the device can handle, send the image
and flash it.
3b - If the image is larger than what the device can handle, create a
sparse image, and split it in several chunks that would fit. Send the
chunk, flash it, repeat until we have no more data to send.
However, in the 3b case, the subsequent transfers have no particular
identifiers, the protocol just assumes that you would resume the writes
where you left it.
While doing so works well, it also means that flashing two subsequent
images on the same partition (for example because the user made a mistake)
would not work withouth flashing another partition or rebooting the board,
which is not really intuitive.
Since we have always the same pattern, we can however maintain a counter
that will be reset every time the client will retrieve max-download-size,
and incremented after each buffer will be flashed, that will allow us to
tell whether we should simply resume the flashing where we were, or start
back at the beginning of the partition.

Commit 6a13241635 "ci_udc: Update the ci_udc driver to support bulk

users of that variable in ci_ep_submit_next_request(). This caused the
code that detects when to emit ZLPs (Zero Length Packets) never to
trigger, which in turn caused host timeouts when a ZLP was required,
which in turn broke tests/dfu/, even despite the assertion in that
commit's description that "These changes are tested for both the DFU and

Fix this by modifying the added dtd iteration code not to modify "len",

usb: gadget: remove incorrect __init/__exit annotations
A recent change introduced a link error for the composite
printer gadget driver:
`printer_unbind' referenced in section `.ref.data' of drivers/built-in.o: defined in discarded section `.exit.text' of drivers/built-in.o
Evidently the unbind function should not be marked __exit here,
because it is called through a callback pointer that is not necessarily
discarded, __composite_unbind() is indeed called from the error path of
composite_bind(), which can never work for a built-in driver.
Looking at the surrounding code, I found the same problem in all other
composite gadget drivers in both the bind and unbind functions, as
well as the udc platform driver 'remove' functions. Those will break
if anyone uses the 'unbind' sysfs attribute to detach a device from a
built-in driver.
This patch removes the incorrect annotations from all the gadget
drivers.

When an EHCI device is registered in device mode, the HW isn't actually
initialized at all, and hence isn't left in a running state. Consequently,
when the device is deregistered, ehci_shutdown() will fail, since the HW
bits it expects to see set in response to its shutdown requests will not
be sent, and the message "EHCI failed to shut down host controller." will
be printed.
Fix ehci-hcd.c to remember whether the device was registered in host or
device mode, and only call ehci_shutdown() for host mode registrations.

USB devices are not really designed to get the power bounced off and on
at them. Esp. USB powered harddisks do not like this.
Currently we power off the USB ports both on a "usb reset" and when
booting the kernel, causing the usb-power to bounce off and then back
on again.
This patch removes the powering off calls, fixing the undesirable power
bouncing.
Note this requires some special handling for the OTG port:
1) We must skip the external vbus check if we've already enabled our own
vbus to avoid false positives
2) If on an usb reset we no longer detect that the id-pin is grounded, turn
off vbus as that means an external vbus may be present now

Note that some freqs aren't in the PLLU table in T210 TRM
(13, 26MHz), so I used the 12MHz table entry for them. They
shouldn't be selected since they're not viable T210 OSC freqs.
Since there are now 2 new OSC defines, all tables (pll_x_table,

The ci_udc driver request allocation assumes that the endpoint descriptor
pointer is set to retrieve the endpoint number, but that is only true
when the endpoint is enabled. This results in a NULL ptr dereference
which for me happens to return 0 value. This causes the EP0 request
struct to be returned for other endpoints. Some gadget drivers like
fastboot and USB MS work fine, but ethernet does not.
Really, the ci_udc driver is the oddball here doing this EP0 special
case handling Stephen added. All the other drivers alloc/free functions
are pretty much the same with the only variation being the size of the
private struct. This could all be consolidated to a common function.

Recent versions of the fastboot tool will query the partition type before doing
an operation on a partition (such as erase, flash, etc). It will then submit
the operation as soon as the response for the partition type is received.
Usually, the MUSB controller will see that the partition type request return
status was read by the host at the very same time as the actual operation
request is submitted by the host. However, the operation will be read first
(int_rx is handled first in musb_interrupt) and after it is completed, the
fastboot USB gadget driver will send another return status. Hence, this happens
before the musb gadget framework has had a chance to handle the previous
acknowledgement that the host read the return status and dequeue the request.
The host will then usually empty the FIFO by the time musb_interrupt gets around
handling the return status acknowledgement (for the previous request, this is
still on the same musb_interrupt call), so no other interrupt is generated and
the most recent return status acknowledgement remains unaccounted for.
It will then be used as a response for the next command, and the proper response
for it will be delayed to the next command, and so on.
Dequeuing the previous IN request in the fastboot code ensures that no previous
return status remains. It is acceptable to do it since there is no callback to
it anyways.

This avoids handling requests that have an error status or no data.

The result of this commit is best seen in the output of "dm tree" after

instead, before this commit the output would be:

The usb spec says that we must wait a minimum amount of time after port
power on (exact time is in the hub descriptor), this is something which
we must not only do for root ports but also for external hub ports, which
is why the common usb_hub code already waits a full second after powering
up ports. Having a separate wait for just the root hub in the ohci-hcd

The ehci driver model code for finding the first upstream usb-2 hub before
this commit has a number of issues:
1) "if (!ttdev->speed != USB_SPEED_HIGH)" does not work because the '!'
takes presedence over the '!=' this should simply be
"if (ttdev->speed == USB_SPEED_HIGH)"
2) It makes ttdev point to the first upstream usb-2 hub, but ttdev should
point to the last usb-1 device before the first usb-2 hub (when going
upstream from the device), as ttdev is used to find the port of the
first usb-2 hub to which the the last usb-1 device is connected.
3) parent_devnum however should be set to the devnum of the first usb-2
hub, so we need to keep pointers around to both usb_device structs.
To complicate things further during enumeration usb_device.dev will point
to the parent udevice, where as during normal use it will point to
the actual udevice, we must handle both cases correctly.
This commit fixes all this making usb-1 devices attached to usb-2 hubs,

Currently we copy over a number of usb_device values stored in the on stack
struct usb_device probed in usb_scan_device() to the final driver-model managed
struct usb_device in usb_child_pre_probe() through usb_device_platdata, and
then call usb_select_config() to fill in the rest.
There are 3 problems with this approach:
1) It does not fill in enough fields before calling usb_select_config(),
specifically it does not fill in ep0's maxpacketsize causing a div by zero
exception in the ehci driver.
2) It unnecessarily redoes a number of usb requests making usb probing slower
3) Calling usb_select_config() a second time fails on some usb-1 devices
plugged into usb-2 hubs, causing u-boot to not recognize these devices.
This commit fixes these issues by removing (*) the usb_select_config() call
from usb_child_pre_probe(), and instead of copying over things field by field
through usb_device_platdata, store a pointer to the in stack usb_device
(which is still valid when usb_child_pre_probe() gets called) and copy
over the entire struct.
*) Except for devices which are explictly instantiated through device-tree
rather then discovered through usb_scan_device() such as emulated usb devices
in the sandbox.

With driver model this approach doesn't work very well. We could build
a picture of the bus and then go back and add the devices later, but
this means that the data structures are incomplete for quite a while.
It also does not follow the model of being able to bind a device when we
discover it.
We would prefer to have devices automatically be bound as the device is
enumerated. This allows us to attach drivers to particular USB classes

Commit d3cfcb3 (ARM: DRA7: Enable clocks for USB OTGSS and USB PHY)
changed the member names of prcm_regs from cm_l3init_usb_otg_ss_clkctrl
to cm_l3init_usb_otg_ss1_clkctrl and from cm_coreaon_usb_phy_core_clkctrl
to cm_coreaon_usb_phy1_core_clkctrl in order to differentiate between
the two dwc3 controllers present in dra7xx/am43xx and enabled these
clocks in enable_basic_clocks() in hw_data.c. However these clocks
continued to be enabled in board files/driver files for dwc3 host
mode functionality causing compilation break with few configs.
Fixed it here by making all the clocks enabled in enable_basic_clocks()
and removing it from board files/driver files here.

VBUS detection could be needed not only by the musb code (to prevent host mode),
but also by e.g. gadget drivers to start only when a cable is connected.
In addition, this allows more flexibility in vbus detection, as it could easily
be extended to other USBC indexes. Eventually, this would help making musb
support independent from a hardcoded USB controller index (0).

This commit implements only a generic side of the

Setting of the reset flag is implemented using __weak

a boot script and/or board/SoC specific code.

For u-boot dwc3 driver the scatter gather list support has been removed
from original linux code. It is correct, since we try to send one request
at a time.
However, the cleanup left spurious break, which caused early exit from
loop at dwc3_cleanup_done_reqs() function. As a result the dwc3_gadget_giveback()
wasn't called and caused USB Mass Storage to hang.
This commit removes this problem and refactor the code to remove superfluous

Commit "drivers/dwc3: add a workaround for too small OUT requests"
sets max packet for OUT requests when transfer is smaller.
Until this change the default maxpacket for non EP0 EPs was 1024. This is
too much, since UMS LBA size is 512B
Signed-off-by: Lukasz Majewski <l.majewski@samsung.com>
It turned out that current dwc3 gadget code is preparing multiple TRBs
for a transfer. Unfortunately, when multiple requests are in the same
queue, only for the last one the LST (last) ctrl bit is set.
Due to that dwc3 HW executes all TRBs up till the one marked as last.
Unfortunately, UMS requires call of ->complete callback after any send TRB.
This is the reason for "hangs" in executing UMS.
This code simplifies this situation and set each TRB's ctrl field bit to be
last (LST bit).

IIUC, interrupt transfers are NAK'd by devices until they wish to trigger
an interrupt, and e.g. EHCI controllers retry these in HW until they are
ACK'd. However, DWC2 doesn't seem to retry, so we need to do this in SW.
In practice, I've seen DWC2_HCINT_FRMOVRUN happen too. I'm not quite sure
what this error implies; perhaps it's related to how near the end of a
USB frame we're at when the interrupt transfer is initiated? Anyway,
retrying this temporary error seems to be necessary too.
With all these commits applied, both my USB keyboards (one LS Lenovo and
one FS Dell) work correctly when there is no USB hub between the SoC and
the keyboard; We still need split transactions to be implemented for hubs
to work.

As best I can tell, there's no difference between bulk and interrupt
transfers in terms of how the HW should be programmed, at least given
that we're executing one transaction at a time rather than scheduling
them into frames for maximum throughput.
This patch ends up sharing the toggle bit state between bulk and
interrupt transfers on a particular EP. However I believe this is fine;
AFAIK a given EP either uses bulk or interrupt transfers and doesn't mix
them.
This patch doesn't do anything with the "interval" parameter for
interrupt transfers, but then most other USB controller drivers in U-Boot
don't either.
It turns out that one of my keyboards is happy to work using control
transfers but the other only gives non-zero "HID reports" via interrupt
transfers.

wait_for_chhltd() to always expect ACK to be set. This code appeared to
work correctly for both enumeration of USB keyboards and operation of
USB Ethernet devices. However, this change broke USB Mass Storage (at
least my USB SD card reader). This change reverts to exactly the
original behaviour. I'm not sure why the ACK bit isn't always set
(perhaps a quirk in the USB HW or DWC2 controller), but the code works
this way!

buffer. This imposes a limit on the size of each chunk, but no limit on

The original aligned_buffer usage:
a) Uselessly copied data into the aligned buffer even for IN
transactions. Fix this my making the copy conditional.
b) Always programmed the HW to transfer to/from the start of the aligned
buffer. This worked fine for OUT transactions since the memcpy copied
the OUT data to this location too. However, for large IN transactions,
since the copy from the aligned buffer to the "client" buffer was
deferred until after all chunks were transferred. it resulted in each
chunk's transfer over-writing the data for the first transfer. Fix
this by copying IN data as soon as it's received.

2) Just like with normal usb controllers there needs to be a delay after
reset, for normal usb controllers, this is handled in hub_port_reset, add a
delay to usb_reset_root_port.
3) Sync the musb reset sequence with the upstream kernel, clear all bits of
power except bits 4-7, and increase the time reset is asserted to 50 ms.
With these fixes an usb keyboard I have now always enumerates properly, where
as earlier it would only enumerare properly once every 5 tries.

For bulk and ctrl transfers common/usb.c sets udev->status = USB_ST_NOT_PROC,
but it does not do so for interrupt transfers.
musb_uboot.c: submit_urb() however was waiting for USB_ST_NOT_PROC to become 0,
and thus without anyone setting USB_ST_NOT_PROC would exit immediately for
interrupt urbs, returning the urb status of EINPROGRESS as error.
This commit fixes this, thereby also making usb_kbd.c work together with
musb_new and CONFIG_SYS_USB_EVENT_POLL.

CPU cycle based timeouts are no good, because how long they use depends on
CPU speed. Instead use time based timeouts, and wait one second for a
device connection to show up (per the USB spec), and wait USB_TIMEOUT_MS
for various urbs to complete.
This fixes "usb start" taking for ever when no device is plugged into the
otg port.

Currently create_int_queue is only implemented by the ehci code, and that
does not honor interrupt intervals, but other drivers which might also want
to implement create_int_queue may honor intervals, so add an interval param.

Fix use-before-initialized bug in pxa25x_udc driver.
Function usb_gadget_register_driver calls udc_disable,
and udc_disable calls pullup_off that uses dev->mach->udc_command.
But dev->mach is initialized in usb_gadget_register_driver after
calling udc_disable. This patch fixes the order of initialization.

Without this function the USB compliance test (USB 2.0 Command Verifier) will
fail in the "Interface Descriptor Test" with this error message:
FAIL
(1.2.51) A successful GetInterface request must return the alternate setting
set by a prior call to SetInterface.
Lets add this function to read back the value so that the DFU device fully
passes the USB compliance test.

to init the otg usb controller, so move it to a common place.
While at it also update various #ifdefs / defines for sun8i support.

The fastboot continue command is defined to exit fastboot and continue
autoboot. This commit implements the continue command and the exiting of
fastboot only. Subsequent u-boot commands can be processed after exiting
fastboot. Autoboot should implement a boot script such as "fastboot; mmc
read <...>; bootm" to fully implement the fastboot continue function.

When receive data, the RXRDY in status register set by hardware
after a new packet has been stored in the endpoint FIFO. After,
we copy from FIFO, we clear it, make the FIFO can be accessed
again.
In the receive_data() function, this bit RXRDY has been cleared.
So, after the receive_data() function return, this bit should
not be cleared again, or else it will cause the accessing FIFO
corrupt, which will make the data loss.
