c589132a1d fdt: Use phandle to distinguish DT nodes with same name
While assigning the sequence number to subsystem instances by reading the
aliases property, only DT nodes names are compared and not the complete
path. This causes a problem when there are two DT nodes with same name but
have different paths.

In arch/arm/dts/k3-am65-main.dtsi there are two USB controllers with the
same device tree node name but different path. When aliases are defined for
these USB controllers then fdtdec_get_alias_seq() fails to pick the correct
instance for a given index.

fdt_path_offset() function is slow and this would effect the U-Boot
startup. To avert the time penalty on all boards, apply this extra check
only when required by using a config option.

Fix it by comparing the phandles of DT nodes after the node names match,
under a config option.

The result of fdt_node_offset_by_phandle is negative for error,

ccaa5747bd fdtdec: optionally add property no-map to created reserved memory node
Add boolean input argument @no_map to helper function
fdtdec_add_reserved_memory() to add or not "no-map" property
for an added reserved memory node.

Property no-map is used by the Linux kernel to not not map memory
in its static memory mapping. It is needed for example for the|
consistency of system non-cached memory and to prevent speculative
accesses to some firewalled memory.

No functional change. A later change will update to OPTEE library to
add no-map property to OP-TEE reserved memory nodes.

81d0cef3b2 lib: fdt: Fix fdtdec_setup_mem..() conversion to livetree API
Repair incorrectly negated condition in the original patch which broke
DT memory node parsing on everything which has more than one DT memory
node, e.g. R-Car3.

In case multiple valid memory nodes are present in the DT, the original
patch would complete parsing cycle for the first memory node, then move
on to the next one, identify it as a valid, and end the parsing. The fix
is to invert the condition, to make the code behave as it did before the
livetree conversion, so it would continue parsing the subsequent memory
nodes as well.

7fce739665 lib: fdt: Introduce fdtdec_setup_mem_size_base_lowest()
New function should be called from board dram_init() because it initialized
gd->ram_base/ram_size. It finds the lowest available memory.

On systems with multiple memory nodes finding out the first memory node by
fdtdec_setup_mem_size_base() is not enough because this memory can be above
actual U-Boot VA mapping. Currently only mapping till 39bit is supported
(Full 44bit mapping was removed by commit 7985cdf74b ("arm64: Remove
non-full-va map code")).
If DT starts with the first memory node above 39bit address then system can
be unpredictable.

The function is available only when multiple memory bank support is
enabled.

Calling fdtdec_setup_memory_banksize() from dram_init() is not possible
because fdtdec_setup_memory_banksize() is saving dram information to bd
structure which is placed on stack but not initialized at this time. Also
stack is placed at location setup in dram_init().

b75d8dc564 treewide: convert bd_t to struct bd_info by coccinelle
The Linux coding style guide (Documentation/process/coding-style.rst)
clearly says:

  It's a **mistake** to use typedef for structures and pointers.

Besides, using typedef for structures is annoying when you try to make
headers self-contained.

Let's say you have the following function declaration in a header:

  void foo(bd_t *bd);

This is not self-contained since bd_t is not defined.

To tell the compiler what 'bd_t' is, you need to include <asm/u-boot.h>

  #include <asm/u-boot.h>
  void foo(bd_t *bd);

Then, the include direcective pulls in more bloat needlessly.

If you use 'struct bd_info' instead, it is enough to put a forward
declaration as follows:

  struct bd_info;
  void foo(struct bd_info *bd);

Right, typedef'ing bd_t is a mistake.

I used coccinelle to generate this commit.

The semantic patch that makes this change is as follows:

  <smpl>
  @@
  typedef bd_t;
  @@
  -bd_t
  +struct bd_info
  </smpl>

Split fdtdec_setup_mem_size_base() into fdtdec_setup_mem_size_base_fdt(),
which allows the caller to pass custom blob into the function and the
original fdtdec_setup_mem_size_base(), which uses the gd->fdt_blob. This
is useful when configuring the DRAM properties from a FDT blob fragment
passed in by the firmware.

d50d6817b5 spl: fix build failure with !CONFIG_SPL_PCI_SUPPORT
Building U-Boot with CONFIG_PCI and CONFIG_DM_PCI enabled, but
CONFIG_SPL_PCI_SUPPORT disabled, results in following linker
error:

lib/built-in.o: In function `fdtdec_get_pci_bar32':
lib/fdtdec.c:305: undefined reference to `dm_pci_read_bar32'
fdtdec.c:305:(.text.fdtdec_get_pci_bar32+0x24): relocation truncated to fit: R_AARCH64_CALL26 against undefined symbol `dm_pci_read_bar32'

This is because reference to dm_pci_read_bar32() remains in lib/fdtdec.c
while SPL build does not descend into drivers/pci directory in
drivers/Makefile if CONFIG_SPL_PCI_SUPPORT is not enabled.

Fix this by applying appropriate #define guards in lib/fdtdec.c.
It looks like ns16550.c has the same problem, so fixed that too.

To simplify this, CONFIG_SPL_PCI_SUPPORT is renamed to CONFIG_SPL_PCI
(enables use of CONFIG_IS_ENABLED() macro).

f1d2bc9034 lib: fdtdec: Add function re-setup the fdt more effeciently
In some cases it may be useful to be able to change the fdt we have been
using and use another one instead. For example, the TI platforms uses an
EEPROM to store board information and, based on the type of board,
different dtbs are used by the SPL. When DM_I2C is used, a first dtb must
be used before the I2C is initialized and only then the final dtb can be
selected.
To speed up the process and reduce memory usage, introduce a new function
fdtdec_setup_best_match() that re-use the DTBs loaded in memory by
fdtdec_setup() to select the best match.

This does not need to match to the compiler's <inttypes.h>.

83d290c56f SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

b02e4044ff libfdt: Bring in upstream stringlist functions
These have now landed upstream. The naming is different and in one case the
function signature has changed. Update the code to match.

This applies the following upstream commits by
Thierry Reding <treding@nvidia.com> :

   604e61e fdt: Add functions to retrieve strings
   8702bd1 fdt: Add a function to get the index of a string
   2218387 fdt: Add a function to count strings

47a79f657e usb: uniphier: remove UniPhier xHCI driver and select DM_USB
This driver has not been converted to Driver Model, and it is an
obstacle to migrate other block device drivers. Remove it for now.

The UniPhier SoCs already use a DM-based EHCI driver, so now
ARCH_UNIPHIER can select DM_USB.

These two changes must be done atomically because removing the
legacy driver causes a build error.

6e06acb732 fdt: allow fdtdec_get_addr_size_*() to translate addresses
Some code may want to read reg values from DT, but from nodes that aren't
associated with DM devices, so using dev_get_addr_index() isn't
appropriate. In this case, fdtdec_get_addr_size_*() are the functions to
use. However, "translation" (via the chain of ranges properties in parent
nodes) may still be desirable. Add a function parameter to request that,
and implement it. Update all call sites to default to the original
behaviour.

4ccae81cda mtd: nand: Add the sunxi NAND controller driver
We already have an SPL driver for the sunxi NAND controller, now add
the normal/standard one.

The source has been copied from Linux 4.6 with a few changes to make
it work in u-boot.

920c6965d1 sandbox: Find keyboard driver using driver model
The cros-ec keyboard is always a child of the cros-ec node. Rather than
searching the device tree, looking at the children. Remove the compat string
which is now unused.

The 'COMPAT_' part should appear only once so drop the duplicate part. It is
ignored anyway, but let's keep things consistent.

01a227dfc8 fdt: Add a note to avoid adding new compatible strings
The list is shrinking and we should avoid adding new things. Instead, a
proper driver should be created with driver model.
