The workaround has been implemented in PBI phase, so remove
the duplicated implementation from U-Boot.

Move this header out of the common header. Network support is used in
quite a few places but it still does not warrant blanket inclusion.
Note that this net.h header itself has quite a lot in it. It could be
split into the driver-mode support, functions, structures, checksumming,
etc.

Move GIC redistributor tables initialization to CPU setup function.
This patch introduces a GIC redistributor tables init function, and
moves the function of reserving memory for GIC redistributor tables
to soc.c and adds a argument for the memory size to reserve, BTW
rename the function so that it is more readable.

USB3.0 Receiver needs to enable fixed equalization
for each of PHY instances in an SOC. This is similar

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

The fsl-layerscape already occupies board_late_init(), therefore it is
not possible for a board to have its own board_late_init(). Introduce
fsl_board_late_init() which can be implemented in the board specific
code.

Mask HRESET_B after cleared the the RCW_SRC, because in the workaround
we override the RCW_SRC and if HRESET_B is issued after the override
then SoC cannot find valid RCW as the RCW_SRC was overwritten and
result in hang. So we need to mask HRESET_B in case user asserts it,
and the PORESET_B should be asserted which leads to resampling of
cfg_rcw_src pins and loading of correct RCW_SRC.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

Sata registers PP2C and PP3C are used to control the configuration
of the PHY control OOB timing for the COMINIT/COMWAKE parameters
respectively. Calculate those parameters from port clock frequency.
Overwrite those registers with calculated values to get better OOB
timing.

The default setting for USB High Speed Squelch Threshold results
in a threshold close to or lower than 100mV. This leads to Receiver
Compliance test failure for a 100mV threshold.
Shift the threshold from ~100mV towards ~130mV by setting SQRXTUNE
to 0x0 to pass USB High Speed Receiver Sensitivity Compliance test.

CoreLink Cache Coherent Interconnect (CCI) provides full cache
coherency between two clusters of multi-core CPUs and I/O coherency
for devices and I/O masters.
This patch add new config option SYS_FSL_HAS_CCI400 and moves
existing register space definaton of CCI-400 bus to fsl_immap to be
shared. CONFIG_SYS_CCI400_ADDR is replaced with SYS_CCI400_OFFSET
in Kconfig.

two functions for consistency. Also add function comments in common.h.

The 'mode' parameter is actually a flag to determine whether to display

When U-Boot boots from EL2, skip some lowlevel init code requiring
EL3, including CCI-400/CCN-504, trust zone, GIC, etc. These
initialization tasks are carried out before U-Boot runs. This applies
to the RAM version image used for SPL boot if PPA is loaded first.
