888dc68136 board: stm32mp1: add finished good in board identifier OTP
Update the command stboard to support the updated coding of OTP 59 with
finished good.

The ST product codification have several element
- "Commercial Product Name" (CPN): type of product board (DKX, EVX)
associated to the board ID "MBxxxx"
- "Finished Good" or "Finish Good" (FG):
effective content of the product without chip STM32MP1 (LCD, Wifi, …)
- BOM: cost variant for same FG
(for example, several provider of the same component)

For example
- commercial product = STM32MP157C-EV1
- Finished Good = EVA32MP157A1$AU1

Booth information are written on board and these information is also saved
in OTP59:

bit [31:16] (hex) => Board id, MBxxxx
bit [15:12] (dec) => Variant CPN (1....15)
bit [11:8]  (dec) => Revision board (index with A = 1, Z = 26)
bit [7:4] (dec) => Variant FG : finished good (NEW)
bit [3:0]   (dec) => BOM (01, .... 255)

The updated command is:
  stboard [-y] <Board> <VarCPN> <Revision> <VarFG> <BOM>

And the displayed STMicroelectronics board identification is:
  Board: MB<Board> Var<VarCPN>.<VarFG> Rev.<Revision>-<BOM>

336d4615f8 dm: core: Create a new header file for 'compat' features
At present dm/device.h includes the linux-compatible features. This
requires including linux/compat.h which in turn includes a lot of headers.
One of these is malloc.h which we thus end up including in every file in
U-Boot. Apart from the inefficiency of this, it is problematic for sandbox
which needs to use the system malloc() in some files.

Move the compatibility features into a separate header file.

61b29b8268 dm: core: Require users of devres to include the header
At present devres.h is included in all files that include dm.h but few
make use of it. Also this pulls in linux/compat which adds several more
headers. Drop the automatic inclusion and require files to include devres

e5c38fdd3a stm32mp1: Update env_get_location for NOR support
Update env_get_location() to be able to save environment into
NOR (SPI_FLASH).

Series-cc: pde, cke, pch, uboot-stm32

Cover-letter:
Add saveenv support for STM32MP1

This series adds saveenv support for STM32MP1 on several boot
devices. STM32MP1 is able to boot on eMMC, sdcard and NOR
(NAND support is not fully supported).

On eMMC and sdcard, environment is saved in EXT4 partition
On NOR, environment is saved in a dedicated partition
On NAND, environment is saved in a UBI volume.

This series:
  - enables NAND and NOR support on ev1 board
  - enables ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, ENV_IS_IN_UBI, ENV_IS_IN_EXT4
    flags
  - fixes get_mtdparts()
  - allows to override interface, device and partition for ext4
    environment
  - updates rule to set ENV_IS_NOWHERE value
  - introduce ENV_IS_IN_DEVICE

- the DWC2 driver to support a new dt property

4549e789c1 SPDX: Convert all of our multiple license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have multiple licenses (in
these cases, dual license) declared in the SPDX-License-Identifier tag.
In this case we change from listing "LICENSE-A LICENSE-B" or "LICENSE-A
or LICENSE-B" or "(LICENSE-A OR LICENSE-B)" to "LICENSE-A OR LICENSE-B"
as per the Linux Kernel style document. Note that parenthesis are
allowed so when they were used before we continue to use them.

1a73bd842e spl: stm32f7: configure for xip booting
With xip booting configuration, we don't need to copy the next image
(U-Boot or linux xipimage) from flash to sdram area.

Flash memory organization is like this:
	spl-U-Boot:	u-boot-spl.bin : 0x0800_0000
	U-Boot :	u-boot-dtb.bin	: 0x0800_8000
	linux : xipImage	: 0x0800_8000

It is also possible to have U-Boot binary & linux binaries configured at
different addresses of flash memory like U-Boot at 0x0800_8000 & linux
xipImage at 0x0800_4000. But in any case, spl-U-Boot needs to be compiled for
U-Boot as next binary with SPL_OS_BOOT option disabled.
By default, spl is configured to boot linux xipImage.

USART1 is connected to a PC via an on-board ST-Link debugger

089fddfde2 stm32f429: pass the device unique ID in DTB
Read device unique ID and set environment variable "serial#".
Value would then be passed to kernel through DTB.

To read ID from DTB, kernel is required to have commit:
3f599875e5202986b350618a617527ab441bf206 (ARM: 8355/1: arch: Show
the serial number from devicetree in cpuinfo)
This commit is already mainline since v4.1-rc1.

8379c79917 stm32f4: fix MAINTAINERS file
When "scripts/get_maintainer.pl" parses "board/.../MAINTAINERS",
it uses the line containing board name as delimiter.
Without this line, the script happily mixes the lines from current
board MAINTAINERS file with lines from another file.

Fix it by adding a reasonable board name.

Tested by comparing output of:
	cat board/st/stm32f429-discovery/MAINTAINERS
	./scripts/get_maintainer.pl -f board/st/stm32f429-discovery
