Supported boot device types in iMX8MQ: MMC, DHCP.
CONFIG_DISTRO_DEFAULTS is added for enabling the DISTRO_DEFAULTS option.
CONFIG_BOOTCOMMAND which is defined in include/configs/imx8mq_evk.h is
deleted because "run distro_bootcmd" is required to be the default boot
mode.
scriptaddr is the location in RAM where boot.scr.uimg/boot.scr will be
loaded to prior to execution.
kernel_addr_r is the location in RAM where the kernel will be loaded to.
Delete unnecessary environment variables because "run distro_bootcmd" is
set to be the default boot mode.

Restrict the memory range available for image processing in the
"bootm" to 256 MiB so the kernel can access it and FDT or initrd are
not overwritten on ARM64.

Passing earlycon string in the command line may be

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

This updates the i.MX8MQ device trees and, necessarily, also the
i.MX8MQ clock bindings. These are taken verbatim from from the
Linux kernel version v5.4-rc2, which three small changes which
were already part of the previous device tree:
* Keep the PSCI reserved memory range
* Keep the alias for ethernet, so that the MAC address can be set
* Keep the modified #include for the IOMUXC pins

CONFIG_SYS_[DI]CACHE_OFF had been partially converted to Kconfig
parameters; only for the ARC architecture. This patch turns these two
parameters into Kconfig items everywhere else they are found.
All of the include/configs/* and defconfig changes in this patch are
for arm machines only. The Kconfig changes for arc, nds32, riscv,
and xtensa have been included since these symbols are found in code
under arch/{arc,nds32,riscv,xtensa}, however, no currently-defined
include/configs/* or defconfigs for these architectures exist which
include these symbols.
These results have been confirmed with tools/moveconfig.py.

While commit 3e020f03e9 ("driver: misc: add MXC_OCOTP Kconfig entry")
introduced a Kconfig entry it did not actually migrate all
configurations to using it.
As CONFIG_MXC_OCOTP was in mx{6/7}_common.h enable it by default on
those architectures. Additionally, also enable it on ARCH_IMX8M and
ARCH_VF610 where all current members enabled it through their legacy
configuration header files.

Currently the command "saveenv" is not available.
The CONFIG_ENV_IS_IN_MMC symbol has been converted to Kconfig,
so fix the problem by moving it to the defconfig.
