SPL configs are used only by the ARMv7-based Tegra SOC's, so move
SPL_SYSRESET under TEGRA_ARMV7_COMMON selection and enable SPL_DM
since SPL_SYSRESET depends on it.

Simple PLL clocks like PLLD2 were omitted since they do not share common
4 register structure with main clocks. Such clocks are containd in simple
PLL group. Only clock_start_pll function supported them. This patch expands
this support on clock_set_rate and clock_get_rate which should make
simple PLL clocks equal to main PLL clocks.

Call regulators_enable_boot_on on board init to set all regulators
with boot-on property in device tree. If regulator is not used by
any device in the device tree but is essential for the device to
work a regression will occur.

Board specific late init allows vendors to set up different device
or board specific env variables (like serial number, platform name).
In case this information is missing, u-boot will lack info regards
serial or platform.
To avoid this prior nvidia_board_late_init internal generic function
is called which fills required data. In this case platform name is
obtained from get_chip and serialno is filled with SoC id.
Though SoC id is not dedicated to be devices serial but it fits well
in case of restriction of data about device and since SoC is basically
a main chip of the device.

Re-crypt support was extended to devices without burnt SBK. In case
SBK is not set, place from where it is read is filled with zeroes.
This patch adds support for ebtupdate function to detect nosbk device
and avoid crypto operations for it.

Tegra 4, same as Tegra 3, requires configuration of CPU and CORE
voltages in the SPL stage to boot properly. Expose function to be
able perform this configuration in the SPL section of the device
board.

LG X3 is a development board based on Nvidia Tegra 3 SoC
on base of which Optimus 4X HD and Optimus Vu were created.

The ASUS Transformer T30 family are 2-in-1 detachable tablets
and AiO developed by ASUS that run the Android operating system
(TF600T runs Windows RT and P1801-T runs Android and Windows).
The T30 Transformers feature a 10.1-inch display (apart P1801-T),
an Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core chip, 1/2 GB of RAM, and 16/32 GB of
storage. Transformers board derives from Nvidia Cardhu development
board.

Default parent clock for the PWM on Tegra is a 32kHz clock and
is unable to support the requested PWM period.
Fix PWM support on Tegra20, Tegra30, Tegra114, Tegra124 and Tegra210 by
updating the parent clock for the PWM to be the PLL_P.

On T30 unlike T20 dsi panels are wider used on devices
and PLLD is used as DISP1 parent more often, so lets
enable it as well for this cases.

Get periph clock id and its parent from device tree.
This works by looking up the peripheral's 'clocks' node and
reading out the second and fourth cells, which are the
peripheral and PLL clock numbers.

Enum clock_osc_freq was designed to use only with T20.
This patch remaps it to use additional frequencies, added in
T30+ SoC while maintaining backwards compatibility with T20.

At this point, the remaining places where we have a symbol that is
defined as CONFIG_... are in fairly odd locations. While as much dead
code has been removed as possible, some of these locations are simply
less obvious at first. In other cases, this code is used, but was
defined in such a way as to have been missed by earlier checks. Perform
a rename of all such remaining symbols to be CFG_... rather than
CONFIG_...

We only need to enable DM_ETH if we have a networking driver. All

should come from the device tree instead. Move these out of CONFIG
namespace and in to CFG namespace.

Commit 37dc958947 ("global_data.h: Change ram_top type to phys_addr_t")
changed type of ram_top member from ulong to phys_addr_t but did not
changed types in board_get_usable_ram_top() function which returns value
for ram_top.
So change ulong to phys_addr_t type also in board_get_usable_ram_top()
signature and implementations.
