There are already two FIT options in Kconfig but the CONFIG options are
still in the header files. We need to do a proper move to fix this.
Move these options to Kconfig and tidy up board configuration:

Unfortunately the first one is a little complicated. We need to make sure
this option is not enabled in SPL by this change. Also this option is
enabled automatically in the host builds by defining CONFIG_FIT in the
image.h file. To solve this, add a new IMAGE_USE_FIT #define which can
be used in files that are built on the host but must also build for U-Boot
and SPL.
Note: Masahiro's moveconfig.py script is amazing.

CONFIG_CONSOLE_CURSOR, CONFIG_SYS_CONSOLE_BLINK_COUNT and
CONFIG_CONSOLE_TIME are not used by any board. The implementation is not
great and stands in the way of a refactor of i8042. Drop these for now.
They can be re-introduced quite easily later, perhaps with driver-model
real-time-clock (RTC) support.
When reintroducing, it might be useful to make a few changes:
- Blink time would be more useful than blink count
- The confusing #ifdefs should be avoided
- The time functions should support driver model
- It would be best keyed off console_tstc() or some similar idle loop
rather than a particular input driver (i8042 in this case)

We have finished Generic Board conversion for ARM and PowerPC, i.e.
all the boards have been converted except OpenRISC, SuperH, SPARC,
which have not supported Generic Board framework yet.
Select SYS_GENERIC_BOARD in arch/Kconfig and delete all the macro
defines in include/configs/*.h.

We really don't want boards defining fixed MAC addresses in their config
so we just remove the option to set it in a fixed way. If you must have
a MAC address that was not provisioned, then use the random MAC address
functionality.

U-boot image has grown and exceeded the predefined 512KB. Increasing to
768KB to align with other powerpc boards. Tested on MPC8572DS for 32-
and 36-bit targets with NOR flash boot. NAND boot is not covered by
this patch.

Move sanity check to prepare1 target to avoid nasty troubles.
Before this commit, LDSCRIPT existence was not checked
when it was specified by CONFIG_SYS_LDSCRIPT.
Now LDSCRIPT existence is checked for all boards.
$(wildcard $(LDSCRIPT)) must point to the linker scripts
with absolute path.
Otherwise, make will terminate with a false error
on out-of-tree build.

nand_ecclayout is present in mtd.h at Linux.
Move this structure to mtd.h to comply with Linux.
Also, increase the ecc placement locations to 640 to suport device having
writesize/oobsize of 8KB/640B. This means that the maximum oobsize has gone
up to 640 bytes and consequently the maximum ecc placement locations have
also gone up to 640.
Changes from Prabhabkar's version (squashed into one patch to preserve
bisectability):
- Added _LARGE to MTD_MAX_*_ENTRIES
This makes the names match current Linux source, and resolves
a conflict between
http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/280488/
and
http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/284513/
The former was posted first and is closer to matching Linux, but
unlike Linux it does not add _LARGE to the names. The second adds
_LARGE to one of the names, and depends on it in a subsequent patch
(http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/284512/).
- Made max oobfree/eccpos configurable, and used this on tricorder,
alpr, ASH405, T4160QDS, and T4240QDS (these boards failed to build
for me without doing so, due to a size increase).
On tricorder SPL, this saves 2576 bytes (and makes the SPL build
again) versus the new default of 640 eccpos and 32 oobfree, and
saves 336 bytes versus the old default of 128 eccpos and 8 oobfree.

The definitions for CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT are varied with little reason other
than to display the board name. Over half the definitions are "==> ", so
make this the default. The rest of the boards remain unchanged to avoid
breaking any external scripts expecting a certain prompt.

libata already has similar functions as implemented in the ahci code.
Refactor the code to use the libata variants and remove the dependency on
ata.h. Convert some defines to use the version from libata.h. Also, remove
some unnecessary memset's of bss data.
This is a step toward hopefully merging ahci.c and dw_ahsata.c which are
essentially the same driver.

The pci_indirect.c file is always compiled when
CONFIG_PCI is defined although the indirect PCI
bridge support is not needed by every board.
Introduce a new CONFIG_PCI_INDIRECT_BRIDGE
config option and only compile indirect PCI
bridge support if this options is enabled.
Also add the new option into the configuration
files of the boards which needs that.
Compile tested for powerpc, x86, arm and nds32.

The controller interleaving only takes the usable memory mapped to cs0. In
the case of bank interleaving not enabled, only half of dual-rank DIMM will
be used.
For single-rank DIMM bank interleaving will be auto disabled.

Introduce the CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_HIGH and CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_LOW
macros, which contain the high and low portions of CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS.
This is necessary for the assembly-language code that relocates CCSR, since
the assembler does not understand 64-bit constants.
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS is automatically defined from the
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_HIGH and CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_LOW macros, so it
should not be defined in a board header file. Similarly,
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT is defined for each SOC in config_mpc85xx.h, so
it should also not be defined in the board header file.
CONFIG_SYS_CCSR_DO_NOT_RELOCATE is a "short-cut" macro that guarantees that
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS is set to the same value as CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT,
and so CCSR will not be relocated.
Since CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT is locked to a fixed value, multi-stage U-Boot
builds (e.g. NAND) are required to relocate CCSR only during the last stage
(i.e. the "real" U-Boot). All other stages should define
CONFIG_SYS_CCSR_DO_NOT_RELOCATE to ensure that CCSR is not relocated.
README is updated with descriptions of all the CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_xxx macros.

should also allow the kernel image to be up to 64M decompressed. This
also matches what we pass to the OS based on the ePAPR specification.

CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE has always been just a bad workarond for not
being able to use "sizeof(struct global_data)" in assembler files.
Recent experience has shown that manual synchronization is not
reliable enough. This patch renames CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE into
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE which gets automatically generated by the
asm-offsets tool. In the result, all definitions of this value can be
deleted from the board config files. We have to make sure that all
files that reference such data include the new <asm-offsets.h> file.
No other changes have been done yet, but it is obvious that similar
changes / simplifications can be done for other, related macro
definitions as well.

CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_END was a misnomer as it suggests this might be
some end address; to make the meaning more clear we rename it into
CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE
No other code changes are performed in this patch, only minor editing

Now that warm booting is not supported, there isn't a need for the
BOOTFLAG_COLD and BOOTFLAG_WARM defines, so remove them.
Note that this change makes the board info bd_bootflags field useless.
It will always be set to 0, but we leave it around so that we don't
break the board info structure that some OSes are expecting to be passed
from U-Boot.

The change is currently needed to be able to remove the board
configuration scripting from the top level Makefile and replace it by
a simple, table driven script.
Moving this configuration setting into the "CONFIG_*" name space is
also desirable because it is needed if we ever should move forward to
a Kconfig driven configuration system.

When planning for more generalization and Makefile cleanup it became
obvious that the introduction of a separate CONFIG_MK_ name space for
config options that were set through scripting in the Makefile was
not a good idea.
Originally the idea was to provide a script-free approach to supply
configuration options - there was no real need for a separate name
space. But when we now convert the existing Makefile entries to make
use of this approach, it would mean that we have to touch a large
number of board config files and add #ifdef / #define sequences to
"convert" from the CONFIG_MK_ to the CONFIG_ name space.
It seems much cleaner to get rid of this somewhat arbitrary _MK
string now for the few boards that actually use it.

The number of CPUs are getting detected dynamically by checking the
processor SVR value. Also removed CONFIG_NUM_CPUS references from all
the platforms with 85xx/86xx processors.
This can help to use the same u-boot image across the platforms.

For some reason the MPC8544 enabled BEDBUG if PCI was enabled and that
got copied int the MPC8536, MPC8572 and P2020 DS boards. The BEDBUG
support has never been made to work completely on e500/85xx so we
just disable it to save space and match the other FSL 85xx boards.

The p2020DS, MPC8536DS, MPC8572DS, MPC8544DS boards are capable of
swizzling the upper address bits of the NOR flash we boot out of which
creates the concept of "virtual" banks. This is useful in that we can
flash a test of image of u-boot and reset to one of the virtual banks
while still maintaining a working image in "bank 0".
The PIXIS FPGA exposes registers on LBC which we can use to determine
which "bank" we are booting out of (as well as setting which bank to
boot out of).

The KSEG1ADDR macro used to be necessary for the RTL8139 Ethernet
driver, but the code that used that macro was removed over a year
ago, so board configuration files no longer need to define it.
The _IO_BASE macro is also automatically defined to 0 if it isn't
already set, so there's no need to define that macro either in the
board configuration files.

We want the outbound PCI memory map to end at the 4G boundary so we
can maximize the amount of space available for inbound mappings if
we have large amounts of memory.
This matches the device tree setup in the kernel for the 36-bit physical
configs for the platforms that have one (MPC8641 HPCN & MPC8572 DS).

The following individual I2C commands have been removed: imd, imm, inm,
imw, icrc32, iprobe, iloop, isdram.
The functionality of the individual commands is still available via
the 'i2c' command.
This change only has an impact on those boards which did not have
CONFIG_I2C_CMD_TREE defined.

When we introduced the 36-bit config of the MPC8572DS board we had the
wrong PCI MEM bus address map. Additionally, the change to the address
map exposes a small issue in our dummy read on the ULI bus. We need
to use the new mapping functions to handle that read properly in the
36-bit config.

Previously we only allowed power-of-two memory sizes and didnt
handle >2G of memory. Now we will map up to CONFIG_MAX_MEM_MAPPED
and should properly handle any size that we can make in the TLBs
we have available to us

The eLBC only handles 32-bit physical address in systems with 36-bit
physical. The previos generation of LBC handled 34-bit physical
address in 36-bit systems. Added a new CONFIG option to convey
the difference between the LBC and eLBC.
Also added defines for XAM bits used in LBC for the extended 34-bit
support.

Use the new BR_ADDR macro to properly setup the address field of the
localbus chipselects used by NAND.
This allows us to deal with 36-bit phys on these boards in the future.

Introduce a new define to seperate out the virtual address that PCI
IO space is at from the physical address. In most situations these are
mapped 1:1. However any code accessing the bus should use VIRT.

This patch renames NAND_MAX_CHIPS to CONFIG_SYS_NAND_MAX_CHIPS and
changes the default from 8 to 1 for the legacy and the new MTD
NAND layer. This allows to remove all NAND_MAX_CHIPS definitions
in the board config files because none of the boards use multi
chip support (NAND_MAX_CHIPS > 1) so far. The bamboo and the DU440
define
#define NAND_MAX_CHIPS CONFIG_SYS_MAX_NAND_DEVICE
but that's bogus and did not work anyhow.

- Move the TLB entry of PIXIS_BASE from TLB0 to TLB1[8], because in CAMP mode,
all the TLB0 entries will be invalidated after cpu1 brings up kernel, thus cpu0
can not access PIXIS_BASE anymore (any access will cause DataTLBError exception)
- Set CONFIG_SYS_DDR_TLB_START to 9 for MPC8572DS board.

The DDR controller of 8548/8544/8568/8572/8536 processors
have the ECC data init feature, and the new DDR code is
using the feature, and we don't need the way with DMA to
init memory any more.

This patch defines 1M TLB&LAW size for NAND on MPC8572DS, assigns
0xffa00000 for CONFIG_SYS_NAND_BASE and adds other NAND supports in
config file.
It also moves environment(CONFIG_ENV_ADDR) outside of u-boot image, to
make room for the increased code size with NAND enabled.
