Modify start_transfer and related functions to take a udevice parameter
as input instead of spi_slave. This is needed so that start_transfer can
be used directly via the xfer callback. Also fix a compiler warning.

The fdt_addr_t and phys_addr_t size have been decoupled. A 32bit CPU
can expect 64-bit data from the device tree parser, so use
dev_read_addr_ptr instead of the dev_read_addr function in the
various files in the drivers directory that cast to a pointer.
As we are there also streamline the error response to -EINVAL on return.

Add support_ops function to check controller supported operations by
spi-mem framework. Current default support ops function does not allow
dummy buswidth no more than 1, unless we are using buswidth is 4 for TX.
In order to support dummy buswidth > 1 by spi-nor framework we are adding
explicit support_ops to check controller supported operations.
Fix dummy bytes calculation incase of valid dummy bytes when dummy
buswidth is > 1. Current dummy bytes calculation does not provide
correct dummy values for dummy buswidth > 1.

At present various drivers etc. access the device's 'seq' member directly.
This makes it harder to change the meaning of that member. Change access
to go through a function instead.
The drivers/i2c/lpc32xx_i2c.c file is left unchanged for now.

We use 'priv' for private data but often use 'platdata' for platform data.
We can't really use 'pdata' since that is ambiguous (it could mean private
or platform data).
Rename some of the latter variables to end with 'plat' for consistency.

This construct is quite long-winded. In earlier days it made some sense
since auto-allocation was a strange concept. But with driver model now
used pretty universally, we can shorten this to 'auto'. This reduces
verbosity and makes it easier to read.
Coincidentally it also ensures that every declaration is on one line,
thus making dtoc's job easier.

This patch is for the startup block issue in the spi controller.
SPI clock is passing through STARTUP block to FLASH. STARTUP block
don't provide clock as soon as QSPI provides command. So, first
command fails.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

- add extensive register struct definitions
- remove offset calculation for register access and
use the new register struct instead
- move default SPI controller configuration from
spi_setup_slave() to spi_claim_bus()
