mx6cuboxi sometimes fails to recognize the Ethernet PHY:
Net: Phy 0 not found
The explanation for this behavior comes from from Rabeeh Khoury:
"The LED_ACT pin on the carrier-one boards had a pull down that
forces the phy address to 0x0; where on CuBox-i and the production
HummingBoard that pin is connected directly to LED that depending
on the pull down strength of the LED it might be sampled as '0' or '1' thus
the phy address might appear as either address 0x0 or 0x4."
"This is AR8035 implementation; in reset stage the LED pin is configured as
input, and pull up/down does matter. In this case it configures the PHY
address.
After reset is deasserted the same LED pin becomes output and then
according to the previous pull/up it should be active high/low"
One way to properly fix this behavior is to place external pull-up/down
resistors in the LED line, but from a software standpoint we can fix it
by telling phy_find_by_mask() to scan the PHY at addresses
0x0 and 0x4.

The 2/3 usb-phys on the sunxi SoCs are really a single separate functional
block, and are modelled as such in devicetree. So once we've moved all the
sunxi usb code to the driver-model then phy_probe will be called once
for the entire block from the driver-model enumeration code.
Move to this now as this also avoids problems with phy_probe being called
multiple times once we introduce ohci support. This also allows us to get rid
of the sunxi_usb_phy_enabled_count variable as phy_probe now is guaranteed
to be called only once.
Since we're effectively rewriting the probe / remove functions, move them
to the end of the file while we are at it, as that is the most logical place
for them.

not have gmac nor hdmi, and sun9i has new hardware-blocks for these so
the old code will not work there.
Also this is intentional as if a sun8i / sun9i variant which does use the
old hwblocks shows up then the GEN_SUN6I code paths will be the right ones
to use.
For completeness this also adds a SUNXI_GEN_SUN4I bool for A10/A13/A20.

"ARMv8: enable DM in vexpress64 board" only enabled DM
for the simulated vexpress64 board (FVP) with the
hardcoded clock value for the simulated board, causing
a console regression on the Juno board which was using
a different clock setting.
Fix this by enabling DM for all vexpress64 boards,
defining the clock frequency per-board, deleting the
static array of PL01x ports from the config file and
relying solely on the port defined in the boardfile
using platform data.

The GW551x-A revision does not have the CSI0_DATA_EN pin connected, therefore
we need to make sure that signal is not muxed to the CSI_DATA_EN signal
internally and do so by steering it to the unused GPIO5_IO20.

RevB and beyond boards that do have this hooked up properly and require it.

provide 1350mV on VDD_ARM_IN and VDD_SOC_IN for IMX6Q@1GHz (Automotive)
and 1275mV for IMX6DL@800MHz (Industrial). While we are still about 50mV
shy on the IMX6Q operating at 1GHz we set it to the max we can and leave it
up to the kernel to implement a regulator driver for the LTC3676 and put
the LDO's in bypass mode which allows us to drop the voltages by 125mV
respectively.
