A number of platforms are still defining CONFIG_SYS_BAUDRATE_TABLE to
the fallback default of "{ 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200 }", but
with varying whitespace, or were introduced after the default fallback
was added. Use the default table here.

vexpress_ca9x4 is seemingly the only board except for qemu_arm which
is able to run U-Boot correctly, using the `-M vexpress-a9` option to
QEMU. Building for qemu_arm and running qemu-system-arm with the `-M
virt` argument has a number of downsides, most importantly that it
only supports virtio storage drivers. This significantly reduces its
usefulness in testing memory card and Flash solutions, especially when
the tested images are from a third party source.
So therefore we reintroduce the vexpress_ca9x4 board in this commit,
with the explicit goal of using it with QEMU.
A number of differences to note from the original:
* Since the board was apparently unmaintained, I have now set myself
as the maintainer.
* The board has been converted to use the driver model, which was the
reason it was removed in the first place.
* The vexpress_ca15_tc2 and vexpress_ca5x2 boards, which were removed
in the same commit, are not necessary for the QEMU use case, and
have been omitted.
* An `mmc0` alias was introduced in the dts file. The mmc is not
detected correctly without this, now that it's based on the device
tree instead of the board's init function.
* A couple of other nodes were removed because they were problematic
when trying to run the UEFI bootmgr. Once again, the primary use
case here is QEMU, and these nodes are not needed for that to work.
* Unnecessary board init code has been removed, thanks to driver model
and device tree.
* `CONFIG_OF_EMBED` has been enabled. I know this goes against
recommended practice, but there doesn't seem to be any other way to
pass the dtb to U-Boot in the QEMU scenario. Using the -dtb argument
does not work, I suppose because U-Boot doesn't use the same
mechanics as the kernel when it's booting.
* Load addresses have been changed to fit QEMU use case.
People wanting to get a more detailed, yet somewhat isolated, diff
between this and the original, can run this command:

With the exceptions of ds109, ds414, icnova-a20-swac, nokia_rx51 and
stemmy, disable ATAG support. A large number of platforms had enabled
support but never supported a kernel so old as to require it. Further,
some platforms are old enough to support both, but are well supported by
devicetree booting, and have been for a number of years. This is
because some of the ATAGs related functions have been re-used to provide
the same kind of information, but for devicetree or just generally to
inform the user. When needed still, rename these functions to
get_board_revision() instead, to avoid conflicts. In other cases, these
functions were simply unused, so drop them.

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

This allow for convenient use of QEMU machine to test loading of UBI
filesystem. There are a couple of changes made together of this which
are required:
1) The malloc must be at least 512 KiB to allow the use of UBI
filesystem. We are going to enable it in a next patch.
2) MTD_DEVICE must be enabled, otherwise we get missing symbols
during the build

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

This converts the following to Kconfig:

We have existing entries for this option in a number of places, with
different guards on them. They're also sometimes used for things not
directly inside of the serial driver. First, introduce a new symbol to
guard the use of CONFIG_CONS_INDEX, so that in the case where we don't
need this for the serial driver, but for some other use, we can still do
it. Next, consolidate all of these into the single entry in
drivers/serial/Kconfig. Finally, introduce CONS_INDEX_[023456] so that
we can imply a correct value here to make the defconfig side of this
smaller.

On the NIOS2 and Xtensa architectures, we do not have
CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE set. This is a strict migration of the current
values into the defconfig and removing them from the headers.
I did not attempt to add more default values in and for now will leave
that to maintainers.

We first introduce CONFIG_USE_BOOTCOMMAND, similar to
CONFIG_USE_BOOTARGS. We then migrate CONFIG_BOOTCOMMAND for most
CONFIG_DISTRO_DEFAULT users. In some cases platforms have a complex
scheme around this usage, and these have been defered for the moment so
that platform maintainers can work on a migration plan.

This commit removes definitions of CONFIG_SYS_BARGSIZE defined to be
equal to CONFIG_SYS_CBSIZE in numerous configuration files.
We remove such definitions in two situations:
- CONFIG_SYS_CBSIZE is otherwise not defined in the board
configuration file, which means the default value of
CONFIG_SYS_CBSIZE == 256 applies. In this case, the default value
of CONFIG_SYS_BARGSIZE == 512 (common/image.c) is suitable, as it is
larger.
- CONFIG_SYS_CBSIZE is defined in the board configuration file, but
to a value equal or less than 512. In this case, the default value
of CONFIG_SYS_BARGSIZE == 512 (common.image.c) is suitable, as it
is equal or larger.

Now, CONFIG_GENERIC_MMC seems equivalent to CONFIG_MMC.
Let's create an entry for "config GENERIC_MMC" with "default MMC",
then convert all macro defines in headers to Kconfig. Almost all
of the defines will go away.
I see only two exceptions:
configs/blanche_defconfig
configs/sandbox_noblk_defconfig
They define CONFIG_GENERIC_MMC, but not CONFIG_MMC. Something
might be wrong with these two boards, so should be checked later.
Anyway, this is the output of the moveconfig tool.

Commit 7a777f6d6f ("mmc: Add generic Kconfig option") created
a Kconfig entry for this option without any actual moves, then
commit 44c798799f ("sunxi: Use Kconfig CONFIG_MMC") moved
instances only for SUNXI.
We generally do not like such partial moves. This kind of work
is automated by tools/moveconfig.py, so it is pretty easy to
complete this move.
I am adding "default ARM || PPC || SANDBOX" (suggested by Tom).
This shortens the configs and will ease new board porting.

This series moves the CONFIG_SYS_CACHELINE_SIZE. First, in nearly all
cases we are mirroring the values used by the Linux Kernel here. Also,
so long as (and in this case, it is true) we implement flushes in hunks
that are no larger than the smallest implementation (and given that we
mirror the Linux Kernel, again we are fine) it is OK to align higher.
The biggest changes here are that we always use 64 bytes for CPU_V7 even
if for example the underlying core is only 32 bytes (this mirrors
Linux). Second, we say ARM64 uses 64 bytes not 128 (as found in the
Linux Kernel) as we do not need multi-platform support (to this degree)
and only the Cavium ThunderX 88xx series has a use for such large
alignment.

We have finished Generic Board conversion for ARM and PowerPC, i.e.
all the boards have been converted except OpenRISC, SuperH, SPARC,
which have not supported Generic Board framework yet.
Select SYS_GENERIC_BOARD in arch/Kconfig and delete all the macro
defines in include/configs/*.h.

Add option to set shell prompt string from menuconfig and migrate
boards globally.
The migration is done as follows:
- Boards that explicitly and unconditionally set CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT had the
entry moved to their defconfig files.
- Boards that defined some kind of #ifdef logic which selects the
CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT (for example qemu-mips) got an #undef CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT
right before the #ifdef logic and were left alone.
- This change forces CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT to be a per board decision, and thus
CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT was removed from all <soc>_common.h and <arch>_common.h
files. This results in a streamlined default value across platforms, and
includes the following files: spear-common, sunxi-common, mv-common,
ti_armv7_common, tegra-common, at91-sama5_common, and zynq-common.
- Boards that relied on <arch/soc>_common.h values of CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT were
not updated in their respective defconfig files under the assumption that
since they did not explicitly define a value, they're fine with whatever
the default is.
- On the other hand, boards that relied on a value defined in some
<boards>_common.h file such as woodburn_common, rpi-common,
bur_am335x_common, ls2085a_common, siemens_am33x_common, and
omap3_evm_common, had their values moved to the respective defconfig files.
- The define V_PROMPT was removed, since it is not used anywhere except for
assigning a value for CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT.

This sets the default commands Kconfig to match
include/config_cmd_default.h commands in the common/Kconfig and removes
them from include/configs.

This also selects CONFIG_NET for any CONFIG_CMD_NET board.
Remove the imx default for CONFIG_NET.
This moves the config that was defined by 60296a8 (commands: add more
command entries in Kconfig).
