This change add support for mkimage's -s option to kwbimage format. It will
create an kwbimage with empty data part of image (data part would contain
only required 32-bit checksum). mkimage's -s option is indicated by skipcpy
flag and it is basically in conflict with mkimage's -d (datafile) option.
"Empty" kwbimage with no data can still contain headers. For example it can
contain binary executable header which is copied by BootROM into L2SRAM.
This is useful for example for small images which can do not require DDR
RAM and can be run in L2SRAM (which do not require any initialization).

Secure boot header signature is calculated from the image header with
zeroed header checksum. Calculation is done in add_secure_header_v1()
function. So after calling this function no header member except
main_hdr->checksum can be modified. Commit 2b0980c240 ("tools: kwbimage:
Fill the real header size into the main header") broke this requirement as
final header size started to be filled into main_hdr->headersz_* members
after the add_secure_header_v1() call.
Fix this issue by following steps:
- Split header size and image data offset into two variables (headersz and
*dataoff).
- Change image_headersz_v0() and add_binary_header_v1() functions to return
real (unaligned) header size instead of image data offset.
- On every place use correct variable (headersz or *dataoff)
After these steps variable headersz is correctly filled into the
main_hdr->headersz_* members and so overwriting them in the end of the
image_create_v1() function is not needed anymore. Remove those overwriting
which effectively reverts changes in problematic commit without affecting
value in main_hdr->headersz_* members and makes secure boot header
signature valid again.

Extend support for signing in auto-generated (-f auto) FIT. Previously,
it was possible to get signed 'images' subnodes in the FIT using
options -g and -o together with -f auto. This patch allows signing
'configurations' subnodes instead of 'images' ones (which are hashed),
using option -f auto-conf instead of -f auto. Adding also -K <dtb> and
-r options, will add public key to <dtb> file with required = "conf"
property.
Summary:
-f auto => FIT with crc32 images
-f auto -g ... -o ... => FIT with signed images
-f auto-conf -g ... -o ... => FIT with sha1 images and signed confs
Example: FIT with kernel, two device tree files, and signed
configurations; public key (needed to verify signatures) is
added to u-boot.dtb with required = "conf" property.
mkimage -f auto-conf -A arm -O linux -T kernel -C none -a 43e00000 \
-e 0 -d vmlinuz -b /path/to/first.dtb -b /path/to/second.dtb \
-k /folder/with/key-files -g keyname -o sha256,rsa4096 \
-K u-boot.dtb -r kernel.itb
Example: Add public key with required = "conf" property to u-boot.dtb
without needing to sign anything. This will also create a useless FIT
named unused.itb.
mkimage -f auto-conf -d /dev/null -k /folder/with/key-files \
-g keyname -o sha256,rsa4096 -K u-boot.dtb -r unused.itb

The binary is looked on the system by the suffix of the packer class.
This means binman was looking for btool_gzip on the system and not gzip.
Since a btool can have its btool_ prefix missing but its module and
binary presence on the system appropriately found, there's no need to
actually keep this prefix after listing all possible btools, so let's
remove it.
This fixes gzip btool by letting Bintool.find_bintool_class handle the
missing prefix and still return the correct class which is then init
with gzip name instead of btool_gzip.
Additionally, there was an issue with the cached module global variable.
The variable only stores the module and not the associated class name
when calling find_bintool_class.
This means that when caching the module on the first call to
find_bintool_class, class_name would be set to Bintoolbtool_gzip but the
module_name gzip only, adding the module in the gzip key in the module
dictionary. When hitting the cache on next calls, the gzip key would be
found, so its value (the module) is used. However the default class_name
(Bintoolgzip) is used, failing the getattr call.
Instead, let's enforce the same class name: Bintool<packer>, whatever
the filename it is contained in.

TCGETS2 is defined in header file asm/ioctls.h provided by linux kernel.
On glib systems it is automatically included by some other glibc include
header file and therefore TCGETS2 is present in termios_linux.h when
linux kernel provides it.
On non-glibc systems (e.g. musl) asm/ioctls.h is not automatically included
which results in the strange error that BOTHER is supported, TCGETS2 not
defined and struct termios does not provide c_ispeed member.
tools/kwboot.c: In function 'kwboot_tty_change_baudrate':
tools/kwboot.c:662:6: error: 'struct termios' has no member named 'c_ospeed'
662 | tio.c_ospeed = tio.c_ispeed = baudrate;
| ^
Fix this issue by explicitly including asm/ioctls.h file which provides
TCGETS2 macro (if supported on selected architecture) to not depending on
glibc auto-include behavior and because termios_linux.h requires it.
With this change it is possible compile kwboot with musl libc.

Some image types handled by mkimage require the datafiles to be passed
independently (-d data1:data2) for specific handling of each. A
concatenation of datafiles prior to passing them to mkimage wouldn't
work.
That is the case for rkspi for example which requires page alignment
and only writing 2KB every 4KB.
This adds the ability to tell binman to pass the datafiles without
prior concatenation to mkimage, by adding the multiple-data-files
boolean property to the mkimage node.

binman fixes for various things
binman clean-up of compression and addition of utilities
- We now have a new enough sbsigntools in the distro, stop building.
- Use the 20220801 tag for Jammy.
- Move to pygit2 1.9.2 (current version) as the old one doesn't build on
"Jammy".
- Add the working directory to the list of safe directories for git.
- Move to pytest 6.2.5 to address other issues.
- This move exposed a number of minor issues in the existing scripts we
used within CI to perform the jobs themselves. The most notable changes
here involve using 'set +e / set -e' to enforce when we should or should
not make non-zero buildman status be a fatal error.
