Fabio Estevam 40496ac3b7 mx7d: Add Storopack's SMEGW01 board 
Add support for Storopack's SMEGW01 board, which is an
IoT gateway based on the i.MX7D SoC.

Based on the original U-Boot work done by Phytec.
