484a878273 arm: spear: fix enabling of SSP2 clock
The SSP2 clock is at bit 6 in the register, so the value is 0x40 unlike
the current 0x70 which enables the clock of UART2, SSP1 and SSP2.

ac47fbee6d arm: spear: enable SSP1, 2 and 3 clocks when SPI controller driver is built
SPI controllers SSP1, 2 and 3 require to enable their respective clocks.
Let's enable them only when the SPI controller driver is built.

d2d908d258 arm: spear: enable GPIO3 and 4 clocks when the GPIO controller driver is built
There are multiple GPIOs that can be used with the same driver depending
on the CONFIG_GPIO_BASE defined in the controller driver.

GPIO3 and 4 require a clock to be enabled so let's enable them when the
driver is built.

83d290c56f SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

da53ba0219 arm: spear: Add command to switch between 1-bit HW ECC and SW BCH4
This patch adds the "nandecc" command to switch between the SPEAr600 internal
1-bit HW ECC and the 4-bit SW BCH4 ECC. This can be needed to support NAND
chips with a stronger ECC than 1-bit, as on the x600. And to dynamically
switch between both ECC schemes for backwards compatibility.

The SPL implementation for SPEAr600 is older than the common SPL
infrastructure. This patch now moves the SPEAr600 SPL over to the
common SPL code.

Tested on the only SPEAr board that currently uses SPL in mainline
U-Boot, the x600.

f93f589ca2 spear: move CONFIG_SYS_I2C_BASE from arch-spear/hardware to board configs
Having CONFIG_SYS_I2C_BASE requires DW I2C driver to explicitly include
<arch/hardware.h> which other platforms may not have at all.

It's always good to have a driver platform-independent.

This patch adds SPL support for SPEAr600. Currently only SNOR

(NAND, MMC, USB ...) may be added with later patches.

Tested on the STM SPEAr600 evaluation and x600 SPEAr600 boards.

f3fcf92d59 st_smi: Add support for SPEAr SMI driver
SMI is the serial memory interface controller provided by ST.

Earlier, a driver exists in the u-boot source code for the SMI IP. However, it
was specific to spear platforms. This commit converts the same driver to a more
generic driver. As a result, the driver files are renamed to st_smi.c and
st_smi.h and moved into drivers/mtd folder for reusability by other platforms
