mtd/NAND: Remove obsolete SPEAr specific NAND drivers

Since, SPEAr platform uses generic FSMC driver now, so spear specific files
drivers/mtd/nand/spr_nand.c, arch/arm/include/asm/arch-spear/spr_nand.h are
removed
