The pci_indirect.c file is always compiled when
CONFIG_PCI is defined although the indirect PCI
bridge support is not needed by every board.
Introduce a new CONFIG_PCI_INDIRECT_BRIDGE
config option and only compile indirect PCI
bridge support if this options is enabled.
Also add the new option into the configuration
files of the boards which needs that.
Compile tested for powerpc, x86, arm and nds32.

Exactly one board has defined CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT_HUSH_PS2 to a value
different than "> " which is vision2. I have Cc'd the maintainer here
as I strongly suspect this is a bug rather than intentional behavior.

In the recent dropping of !NET_MULTI code (commit e2a53458a7),
I misread the logic in include/net.h. Some of it was used by NET_MULTI
code as glue between the multi/non-multi worlds for cpm2 boards.
Rather than restore the block of code, push the logic to the board config
headers where it all belongs.

Introduce the CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_HIGH and CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_LOW
macros, which contain the high and low portions of CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS.
This is necessary for the assembly-language code that relocates CCSR, since
the assembler does not understand 64-bit constants.
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS is automatically defined from the
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_HIGH and CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_LOW macros, so it
should not be defined in a board header file. Similarly,
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT is defined for each SOC in config_mpc85xx.h, so
it should also not be defined in the board header file.
CONFIG_SYS_CCSR_DO_NOT_RELOCATE is a "short-cut" macro that guarantees that
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS is set to the same value as CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT,
and so CCSR will not be relocated.
Since CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT is locked to a fixed value, multi-stage U-Boot
builds (e.g. NAND) are required to relocate CCSR only during the last stage
(i.e. the "real" U-Boot). All other stages should define
CONFIG_SYS_CCSR_DO_NOT_RELOCATE to ensure that CCSR is not relocated.
README is updated with descriptions of all the CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_xxx macros.

CONFIG_SYS_BOOTMAPSZ has been 64M on these boards for some time so we
should also allow the kernel image to be up to 64M decompressed. This
also matches what we pass to the OS based on the ePAPR specification.

CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE has always been just a bad workarond for not
being able to use "sizeof(struct global_data)" in assembler files.
Recent experience has shown that manual synchronization is not
reliable enough. This patch renames CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE into
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE which gets automatically generated by the
asm-offsets tool. In the result, all definitions of this value can be
deleted from the board config files. We have to make sure that all
files that reference such data include the new <asm-offsets.h> file.
No other changes have been done yet, but it is obvious that similar
changes / simplifications can be done for other, related macro
definitions as well.

CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_END was a misnomer as it suggests this might be
some end address; to make the meaning more clear we rename it into
CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE
No other code changes are performed in this patch, only minor editing
of white space (due to the changed length) and the comments was done,
where noticed.
Note that the code for the PATI and cmi_mpc5xx board configurations

Now that warm booting is not supported, there isn't a need for the
BOOTFLAG_COLD and BOOTFLAG_WARM defines, so remove them.
Note that this change makes the board info bd_bootflags field useless.
It will always be set to 0, but we leave it around so that we don't
break the board info structure that some OSes are expecting to be passed
from U-Boot.

Clean up Makefile, and drop a lot of the config.mk files on the way.
We now also automatically pick all boards that are listed in
boards.cfg (and with all configurations), so we can drop the redundant
entries from MAKEALL to avoid building these twice.

The change is currently needed to be able to remove the board
configuration scripting from the top level Makefile and replace it by
a simple, table driven script.
Moving this configuration setting into the "CONFIG_*" name space is
also desirable because it is needed if we ever should move forward to
a Kconfig driven configuration system.

with new kernel features that a kernel image needs more than 8M of
memory.

Make it so we keep track of which LAWs have allocated and provide
a function (set_next_law) which can allocate a LAW for us if one is
free.
In the future we will move to doing more "dynamic" LAW allocation
since the majority of users dont really care about what LAW number
they are at.
Also, add CONFIG_MPC8540 or CONFIG_MPC8560 to those boards which needed them

This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues.
Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get
removed (unless they appear in print statements).
Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide
indentation problems.

The 85xx code now relies on CONFIG_HAS_ETH0 to determine whether
to update TSEC1's device-tree node, so we need to add it
to all the boards with TSECs. Do this for 83xx and 86xx, too,
since they will eventually do something similar.

The tsec_info structure and array has a "flags" field for each
ethernet controller. This field is the only reason there are
settings. Switch to defining TSECn_FLAGS for each controller
in the config header, and we can greatly simplify the array, and
also simplify the addition of future boards.

The PCI I/O space mapping for Freescale MPC8540ADS board was broken by commit
52c7a68b8d which failed to update the #define's
describing the local address window used for the PCI I/O space accesses -- fix
this and carry over the necessary changes into the MPC8560ADS code since the
PCI I/O space mapping was also broken for this board (by the earlier commit
087454609e). Add the comments clarifying how
the PCI I/O space must be mapped to all the MPC85xx board config. headers.

Implemented support for MPC8548CDS board.
Added DDR II support based on SPD values for MPC85xx boards.
This roll-up patch also includes bugfies for the previously
published patches:
DDRII CPO, pre eTSEC, 8548 LBIU, Andy's TSEC, eTSEC 3&4 I/O
- Convert the CPM2 based functionality to use new CONFIG_CPM2
option rather than a myriad of CONFIG_MPC8560-like variants.
Applies to MPC85xx and MPC8260 boards, includes stxgp3 and sbc8560.
Eliminates the CONFIG_MPC8560 option entirely. Distributes the
new CONFIG_CPM2 option to each 8260 board.
Reset monitor size back to 256 so environment can be written
to flash on MPC85xx ADS and CDS releases.
