Currently the config options CONFIG_SYS_DFU_DATA_BUF_SIZE and
CONFIG_SYS_DFU_MAX_FILE_SIZE are being set in include/configs/<board>.h
files and also in <board_name>_defconfig files without a Kconfig option. It
is easier for users to set these configs in defconfig files than in config
header files as they are a part of the source code.
Add Kconfig symbols, and update the defconfigs by using tools/moveconfig.py
script.

Enable and set preboot var with fdtfile evaluation.
preboot will be checked and run immediately before starting the
CONFIG_BOOTDELAY countdown and/or running the auto-boot command resp.
entering interactive mode.
This provides possibility to use different boot cmds in interactive mode
without manual setting fdtfile value, as it it's already evaluated
before entering interactive mode.

The distro bootscript uses kernel_image to get the file name of
the kernel, so change that variable name.
UBI boot has precedence in the default boot command. If one wants
to boot from SD with a working NAND installation stop in U-Boot
and enter:
setenv fdtfile ${soc}-colibri-${fdt_board}.dtb && run distro_bootcmd

Remove 'fdt_high' and 'initrd_high' environment variables (set to 0xFFFFFFFF)
from default environment which prevents relocation of FDT and initrd.
Rely on 'bootm_size' value instead to safely relocate kernel, device tree and

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

Replace usage of "/dev/mmcblk*p*" with a proper UUID of rootfs
partition. This fixes the issue, when MMC controllers are probed in

Currently, Vybrid's sdboot variable tries to load the kernel from /boot
of the root partition (typically second partition when using the sdcard
image). However, since we moved to flash the kernel in a separate UBI
volume, we no longer deploy the kernel/device tree to /boot, hence
sdboot does not work in its current state.
Load the kernel and device tree from the first (typically FAT) partition
as customary on all Toradex modules.
While at it also change from rw to ro as e.g. systemd will re-mount the
root file system rw anyway after checking it.

It turns out that OpenSSL calls undefined instructions to detect
ARM capabilities at runtime (via SIGILL handler). This leads to
stack traces e.g. when logging in using SSH:

Disable undefined instruction events since it is used as an
autodetecion mechanism.

Add support for distro boot. This is especially helpful for external
devices. There is a global boot command which scans a predefined
list of boot targets:
run distro_bootcmd
As well as direct boot commands such as:
run bootcmd_mmc0
run bootcmd_usb
run bootcmd_dhcp
...
Refer to doc/README.distro fo details.
While at it also re-order boot command macros as well as the
CONFIG_EXTRA_ENV_SETTINGS.

Migrate FEC, ESDHC, NFC and USB to driver model.
While at it also do no longer enable optional I2C clock in board file as
the generic clock code now handles this. Note for space reason and as
it is not required just for booting we do not enable I2C in U-Boot by
default.
While at it also update copyright period.

While commit 3e020f03e9 ("driver: misc: add MXC_OCOTP Kconfig entry")
introduced a Kconfig entry it did not actually migrate all
configurations to using it.
As CONFIG_MXC_OCOTP was in mx{6/7}_common.h enable it by default on
those architectures. Additionally, also enable it on ARCH_IMX8M and
ARCH_VF610 where all current members enabled it through their legacy
configuration header files.

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

On the NIOS2 and Xtensa architectures, we do not have
CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE set. This is a strict migration of the current
values into the defconfig and removing them from the headers.
I did not attempt to add more default values in and for now will leave
that to maintainers.

On Vybrid SoCs U-Boot gets loaded into GFX SRAM which is 512KiB.
Currently 32KiB is reserved for the IMX header. However, this is
not reflected in the size limit. In v2017.11-rc2 the actual size
limit (512KiB-32KiB) has been reached for Colibri VF61, which
lead to a successful build of U-Boot but not a working binary.
The IMX header is much smaller than 32KiB, typically around 1KiB.
Decrease the reserved size to 4KiB and specify the correct U-Boot
size limit. Apply this new base address and limit for all Vybrid
based boards.
