01a701994b stm32mp2: initial support
Add initial support for STM32MP2 SoCs family.

SoCs information are available here :
https://www.st.com/content/st_com/en/campaigns/microprocessor-stm32mp2.html

Migrate all MP1 related code into stm32mp1/ directory
Create stm32mp2 directory dedicated for STM32MP2 SoCs.

Common code to MP1, MP13 and MP25 is kept into
arch/arm/mach-stm32/mach-stm32mp directory :
  - boot_params.c
  - bsec
  - cmd_stm32key
  - cmd_stm32prog
  - dram_init.c
  - syscon.c
  - ecdsa_romapi.c

For STM32MP2, it also :
  - adds memory region description needed for ARMv8 MMU.
  - enables early data cache before relocation.
During the transition before/after relocation, the MMU, initially setup
at the beginning of DDR, must be setup again at a correct address after
relocation. This is done in enables_caches() by disabling cache, force
arch.tlb_fillptr to NULL which will force the MMU to be setup again but
with a new value for gd->arch.tlb_addr. gd->arch.tlb_addr has been
    updated after relocation in arm_reserve_mmu().

5c68904fe1 stm32mp: correct the dependency for bootcount configs
Default value for CONFIG_SYS_BOOTCOUNT_SINGLEWORD and
CONFIG_SYS_BOOTCOUNT_ADDR are only needed when
CONFIG_BOOTCOUNT_GENERIC is used.

This patch avoids to define these configs when an other bootcount backend
is activated, for example for CONFIG_BOOTCOUNT_ENV.

d5e8119bae stm32mp: remove the bootcount activation
Today the bootcount is not managed by the Linux kernel for STM32MP15 as
we don't have driver to update the used backup register in TAMP and the
recovery command still executes the normal bootcmd with
'altbootcmd=run bootcmd'.

So the bootcount feature is never used, the config CONFIG_BOOTCOUNT_LIMIT
and the associated environment variable 'altbootcmd' can be removed to
reduce the U-Boot size.

Each boards can re-enable this feature later in their defconfig, if it is
needed, with the expected backend, for example CONFIG_BOOTCOUNT_GENERIC
or CONFIG_BOOTCOUNT_ENV.

5564b4cd4d stm32mp: add binman support for STM32MP15x
Use binman to add the stm32image header on SPL binary for basic boot
or on U-Boot binary when it is required, i.e. for TF-A boot without FIP
support, when CONFIG_STM32MP15x_STM32IMAGE is activated.

The "binman" tool is the recommended tool for specific image generation.
This patch allows to suppress the config.mk file and it is a preliminary
step to manage FIT generation with binman.

The init_r parsing of U-Boot device tree to search the binman
information is not required for STM32MP15, so the binman library
can be removed in U-Boot (CONFIG_BINMAN_FDT is deactivated).

67f9f11f19 stm32mp: limit size of cacheable DDR in pre-reloc stage
In pre-reloc stage, U-Boot marks cacheable the DDR limited by
the new config CONFIG_DDR_CACHEABLE_SIZE.

This patch allows to avoid any speculative access to DDR protected by
firewall and used by OP-TEE; the "no-map" reserved memory
node in DT are assumed after this limit:
STM32_DDR_BASE + DDR_CACHEABLE_SIZE.

954bd1a923 stm32mp: add the command stm32prog
Add a specific command stm32prog for STM32MP soc family
witch allows to program the boot devices with the tool
STM32CubeProgrammer (http://www.st.com/STM32CubeProg).

This command uses the same UART STM32 protocol than MCU
STM32 with or USB with DFU protocol v1.1 (ithe MCU ST
extension are no supported).

The executed actions are based on a tab separated value file
with a stm32 header, the FlashLayout file
(https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/STM32CubeProgrammer_flashlayout).

This file is parsed by the U-Boot command to:
- initialize the devices
- create the partition table on each device
- initialize the DFU backend to access to not volatile memory
(NOR/NAND/SD/eMMC) or to virtual device (OTP/PMIC)

Up to STM32PROG_MAX_DEV (5) devices can be updated with a FlashLayout.

The communication between U-Boot and STM32CubeProgrammer is done with
the specific alternate configuration (see "AN5275: USB DFU/USART protocols
used in STM32MP1 Series bootloaders" for details).

The command stm32prog is executed when a boot from USB is detected
(selected with bootpins) and we can program the boot devices with
a simple command (on Windows or Linux):

PC $> STM32_Programmer_CLI -c port=usb1 -w flaslayout.tsv

1/ the ROM code loads TF-A in embedded RAM (DFU or uart)
2/ TF-A loads flashlayout file and U-Boot in DDR (DFU or uart)
3/ U-Boot executes the stm32prog command (DFU or uart)

eee15806fc stm32mp1: imply CMD_CLS
Activate by default the command CLS (clear screen);
this command used in pxe or sysboot command (DISTRO support)
when the "menu background" keyword is present.

This patch avoid the warning "Unknown command 'cls'"
with extlinux.conf:
