When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

CONFIG_USB_HOST_ETHER is the framework that the drivers are dependent on
USB_HOST_ETHER. Use this as a menu and move the existing LAN75XX and
LAN78XX options under new menu. Finally update the defconfigs that need
CONFIG_USB_HOST_ETHER.

mx6sabre boards can run different kernel versions, such as NXP 4.1 or
mainline.
Currently the rootfs location is passed via mmcblk number and the
problem with this approach is that the mmcblk number for the eMMC
changes depending on the kernel version.
In order to avoid such issue, use UUID method to specify the rootfs
location.
Succesfully tested booting a NXP 4.1 and also a mainline kernel on a
mx6qsabresd and mx6dlsabreauto.

Migrate the rest of the users of CONFIG_USB_EHCI_HCD over to Kconfig.
For a few SoCs, imply or default y this if USB is enabled. In some
cases we had not already migrated to CONFIG_USB so do that as well.

When falcon mode support was added, it was right around when SPL_OS_BOOT
was migrated to Kconfig. So first we must move the enablement to the
defconfig file. Next, it turned off EXT support rather than add the
information to allow for falcon mode from EXT. Add this information so
that the board compiles after 5d28b930f2.

The driver assumed that I2C1 and I2C2 were always enabled,
and if they were not, then an asynchronous abort was (silently)
raised, to be caught much later on in the Linux kernel.
Fix this by making I2C1 and I2C2 optional just like I2C3 and I2C4
are.
To make the change binary-invariant, declare I2C1 and I2C2 in
every include/configs/ file which defines CONFIG_SYS_I2C_MXC.
Also, while updating README about CONFIG_SYS_I2C_MXC_I2C1 and
CONFIG_SYS_I2C_MXC_I2C2, add missing descriptions for I2C4 speed
(CONFIG_SYS_MXC_I2C4_SPEED) and slave (CONFIG_SYS_MXC_I2C4_SLAVE)
config options.

Detect the SOC and board variant at runtime and change the dtb name,
but not hardcoding the fdt_file env variable.

The linux/sizes.h, asm/arch/imx-regs.h, asm/imx-common/gpio.h,
config_cmd_default.h includes are used fairly universally across imx6 boards
so include them in mx6_common.h by default.
We define CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH before config_cmd_default.h so that we
don't have to undef CONFIG_CMD_FLASH / CONFIG_CMD_IMLS everywhere.

A new 'update_emmc_firmware' target is added to allow for easy U-Boot
update in the eMMC as it has secury boot partition and this needs
specific handling on how to program the specific partition.

The SabreSD platform is available with i.MX6Q or i.MX6DL. This patch adds the
support of the i.MX6DL. The config file and the board directory are renamed
to remove the reference to the MX6Q.
