db04ff42c7 mtd: Make CONFIG_MTD be the gate symbol for the menu
The help for CONFIG_MTD explains that it needs to be enabled for various
things like NAND, etc to be available. It however then doesn't enforce
this dependency and so if you have none of these systems present you
still need to disable a number of options. Fix this by making places
that select/imply one type of flash, but did not do the same, also do
this for "MTD". Make boards which hadn't been enabling MTD already but
need it now, do so. In a few places, disable CONFIG_CMD_MTDPARTS as it
wasn't previously enabled but was now being implied.

5ad98c57b8 sunxi: remove CONFIG_MACPWR
The CONFIG_MACPWR Kconfig symbol is used to point to a GPIO that enables
the power for the Ethernet "MAC" (mostly PHY, really).
In the DT this is described with the phy-supply property in the MAC DT
node, pointing to a (GPIO controlled) regulator. Since we need Ethernet
only in U-Boot proper, and use a DM driver there, we should use the DT
instead of hardcoding this.

Add code to the sun8i_emac and sunxi_emac drivers to check the DT for
that regulator and enable it, at probe time. Then drop the current code
from board.c, which was doing that job before.
This allows us to remove the MACPWR Kconfig definition and the respective
values from the defconfigs.

456093b4a3 sunxi: remove CONFIG_MMC?_CD_PIN
For legacy reasons we were defining the card detect GPIO for all sunxi
boards in each board's defconfig.
There is actually no need for a card-detect check in the SPL code (which
consequently has been removed already), and also in U-Boot proper we
have DM code to query the CD GPIO name from the device tree.

That means we don't have any user of that information left, so can
remove the definitions from the defconfigs.

b072aefbbe sunxi: define SYS_MONITOR_LEN in Kconfig, not _defconfig
Commit 08574ed339 ("Convert CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN to Kconfig") moved
the definition of said config variable from the common sunxi header to
*every board's* defconfig.
This is a platform choice, not board specific, so remove the variable
from there, instead set the one value for all Allwinner boards in
Kconfig.

08574ed339 Convert CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN to Kconfig
This converts the following to Kconfig:
   CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN

To do this, we set a default of 0 for everyone because there are a
number of cases where we define CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN but the only
impact is that we set TOTAL_MALLOC_LEN to be CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_LEN +
CONFIG_ENV_SIZE, so we must continue to allow all boards to set this
value. Update the SPL code to use 200 KB as the default raw U-Boot size
directly, if we don't have a real CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN value.

8094a4ed9d sunxi: defconfig: drop redundant definitions
When some configuration symbols were converted from header files to
Kconfig, their values were placed into *every* defconfig file.
Since we now have sensible per-SoC defaults defined in Kconfig, those
values are now redundant, and can just be removed.
This affects CONFIG_SPL_STACK, CONFIG_SYS_PBSIZE, CONFIG_SPL_MAX_SIZE,
and CONFIG_SYS_BOOTM_LEN.

This converts the following to Kconfig:
   CONFIG_SYS_BOOTM_LEN

As part of this, rework error handling in boot/bootm.c so that we pass
the buffer size to handle_decomp_error as CONFIG_SYS_BOOTM_LEN will not
be available to host tools but we do know the size that we passed to
malloc().

69a0ea0078 sunxi: defconfig: enable eMMC boot partition support
Now that the SPL can safely detect whether it was loaded from an eMMC
boot partition or the normal user data partition, let's enable this
feature on some boards that feature eMMC storage.

That covers the boards where I could test this on, and allows the same
build to be written to an SD card, eMMC user partition, eMMC boot
partition, or into SPI NOR flash.

280294c5df sunxi: boards: Enable SPI flash support in U-Boot proper
Some sunxi boards ship with SPI flash, which allows booting through the
BootROM. We cover this functionality by a separate SPL "mini" driver.
Separately we have a proper DM_SPI driver for U-Boot proper, which
provides access to the SPI flash through the "sf" command. That allows
to update the firmware on the SPI flash, also to store the environment
there.

However only very few boards actually enable support for U-Boot proper,
even though that would work and the SPL part is configured.

Use the cleaned up configuration scheme to enable SPI flash on those
boards which mention a SPI flash in their .dts, or which use the SPL SPI
support.

Out of the box this would enable storing the environment on the SPI
flash, and allows people to read or write the flash from U-Boot, for
instance to update the SPI flash when booted via an SD card.

For this to actually work there must be a "spi0" alias in the DT, which
most boards are missing. But this should be addressed separately.

3940a47155 sunxi: Pine-H64: Explicitly enable PHY regulator
According to the devicetree and the schematic, the 3.3V power rail for
the PHY is enabled by GPIO PC16. It's wired as active-high, with a
pull-up resistor, so actually works already when the GPIO is in
High-Z state.

However we should not take any chances and explicitly set the GPIO pin
to high, to avoid accidentally losing the PHY power.
The existing MACPWR Kconfig allows to do this easily.

Now that those common Allwinner config symbols are defined automatically
for all boards in their Kconfig files, we can remove the now redundant

9340d8fe8b sunxi: move CONFIG_SPL_TEXT_BASE from *_defconfig to Kconfig
The choice of the SPL_TEXT_BASE is not really a decision that should be
specified by each board's defconfig, as this setting is actually
dictated by the SoC's memory map and the BootROM behaviour.

To make this obvious and reduce the clutter in the defconfig files,
let's specify the SoC constraints in the Kconfig stanza.
This allows us to remove these lines from the defconfig files again.
