83d290c56f SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

9925f1dbc3 net: Move enetaddr env access code to env config instead of net config
In order that we can use eth_env_* even when CONFIG_NET isn't set, move
these functions to environment code from net code.

This fixes failures such as:

  board/ti/am335x/built-in.o: In function `board_late_init':

  u-boot/board/ti/am335x/board.c:766: undefined reference to `eth_env_set_enetaddr'

7619badb9c ARM: AM43xx: Add support for RTC only + DDR in self-refresh mode
Kernel stores information to the RTC_SCRATCH0 and RTC_SCRATCH1 registers
for wakeup from RTC-only mode with DDR in self-refresh. Parse these
registers during SPL boot and jump to the kernel resume vector if the
device is waking up from RTC-only modewith DDR in Self-refresh.

The RTC scratch register layout used is:

SCRATCH0 : bits00-31 : kernel resume address
SCRATCH1 : bits00-15 : RTC magic value used to detect valid config
SCRATCH1 : bits16-31 : board type information populated by bootloader

During the normal boot path the SCRATCH1 : bits16-31 are updated with
the eeprom read board type data. In the rtc_only boot path the rtc
scratchpad register is read and the board type is determined and
correspondingly ddr dpll parameters are set. This is done so as to avoid
costly i2c read to eeprom.

RTC-only +DRR in self-refresh mode support is currently only enabled for
am43xx_evm_rtconly_config.
This is not to be used with epos evm builds.

a93feb2edc ARM: AM43XX: Call hw_data_init() again after relocation to update *ctrl
hw_data_init() is called before relocation to initialise hardware data.
Since ctrl is initialized to OMAP_SRAM_SCRATCH_SYS_CTRL in

00bbe96eba arm: omap: Unify get_device_type() function
Refactor OMAP3/4/5 code so that we have only one get_device_type()
function for all platforms.

Details:
 - Add ctrl variable for AM33xx and OMAP3 platforms (like it's done for
OMAP4/5), so we can obtain status register in common way
 - For now ctrl structure for AM33xx/OMAP3 contains only status register
   address
 - Run hw_data_init() in order to assign ctrl to proper structure
 - Remove DEVICE_MASK and DEVICE_GP definitions as they are not used
(DEVICE_TYPE_MASK and GP_DEVICE are used instead)
 - Guard structs in omap_common.h with #ifdefs, because otherwise
including omap_common.h on non-omap4/5 board files breaks compilation

Buildman script was run for all OMAP boards. Result output:

1a9a5f7a39 usb: host: xhci-omap: fix double weak board_usb_init functions
A weak version of the function board_usb_init is implemented in:
common/usb.c
drivers/usb/host/xhci-omap.c

To fix the double implementations:
* Convert the board_usb_init function in drivers/usb/host/xhci-omap.c
  normal (not weak).
* The function board_usb_init in drivers/usb/host/xhci-omap.c calls to
  the weak function omap_xhci_board_usb_init.
* Rename board version of the function board_usb_init to
  omap_xhci_board_usb_init.
Done only for boards that defines CONFIG_USB_XHCI_OMAP.

To achieve the same flexibility with the function board_usb_cleanup:
* Add a normal (not weak) implementation of the function
  board_usb_cleanup in drivers/usb/host/xhci-omap.c
* The function board_usb_cleanup in drivers/usb/host/xhci-omap.c calls
  to the weak function omap_xhci_board_usb_cleanup.
* Rename board version of the function board_usb_cleanup to
  omap_xhci_board_usb_cleanup.
Done only for boards that defines CONFIG_USB_XHCI_OMAP.

e53ad4b445 board/ti/am43xx: add support for parallel NAND
This patch adds support for NAND device connected to GPMC chip-select on
following AM43xx EVM boards.

am437x-gp-evm: On this board, NAND Flash signals are muxed with eMMC, thus at a
time either eMMC or NAND can be enabled. Selection between eMMC and NAND is
  controlled by:
  (a) Statically using Jumper on connecter (J89) present on board.
  (a) If Jumper on J89 is NOT used, then selection can be dynamically controlled
by driving SPI2_CS0[MUX_MODE=GPIO] pin via software:
      SPI2_CS0 == 0: NAND (default)
      SPI2_CS0 == 1: eMMC

am43x-epos-evm: On this board, NAND Flash control lines are muxed with QSPI,
Thus only one of the two can be used at a time. Selection is controlled by:
  (a) Dynamically driving following GPIO pin from software
      GPMC_A0(GPIO) == 0 NAND is selected (default)

NAND device (MT29F4G08AB) on these boards has:
 - data-width=8bits
 - blocksize=256KB
 - pagesize=4KB
 - oobsize=224 bytes
For above NAND device, ROM code expects the boot-loader to be flashed in BCH16
ECC scheme for NAND boot, So by default BCH16 ECC is enabled for AM43xx EVMs.

8038b497e7 am43xx: Tune the system to avoid DSS underflows
* This is done by limiting the ARM's bandwidth and setting DSS priority in
the EMIF controller to ensure underflows do not occur.

2c95211167 am43xx: Update EMIF DDR3 Configuration for AM43x GP
* Boot failures have been discovered due to a combination of routing issues and
non optimal ddr3 timings in the EMIF
* Since ddr3 timings are different after significant board layout changes
different timings are required for alpha, beta and production boards.

9cb9f3331b board: ti: am43xx: add support for AM43xx Starter Kit
AM43xx Starter Kit is a new board based on
AM437x line of SoCs. Being a low-cost EVM and
small size EVM are intended to provide an entry
level development platform on a full fledged
Hardware System.

when porting u-boot to a new am43xx board, it
helps to know the name of the current unsupported
board so we don't have to hunt for design documents
to figure out what's written in the EEPROM.

83bad1026b arm:am43xx: Add TPS65218 support to scale voltages up
This family is supported by the TPS65218 PMIC. Implement a scale_vcores
to set the MPU and CORE voltage correctly to the max frequency that is
supported (and what we will be scaling them to in setup_dplls()).
