345b77baca ppc4xx: Remove 4xx NAND booting support
As ppc4xx currently only supports the deprecated nand_spl infrastructure
and nobody seems to have time / resources to port this over to the newer
SPL infrastructure, lets remove NAND booting completely.

This should not affect the "normal", non NAND-booting ppc4xx platforms
that are currently supported.

b36df56115 ppc4xx: Move ppc4xx headers to powerpc include directory
This patch moves some ppc4xx related headers from the common include
directory (include/) to the powerpc specific one
(arch/powerpc/include/asm/). This way to common include directory is not
so cluttered with files.

a47a12becf Move arch/ppc to arch/powerpc
As discussed on the list, move "arch/ppc" to "arch/powerpc" to
better match the Linux directory structure.

Please note that this patch also changes the "ppc" target in
MAKEALL to "powerpc" to match this new infrastructure. But "ppc"
is kept as an alias for now, to not break compatibility with
scripts using this name.

d873133f2b ppc4xx: Add Sequoia RAM-booting target
This patch adds another build target for the AMCC Sequoia PPC440EPx
eval board. This RAM-booting version is targeted for boards without
NOR FLASH (NAND booting) which need a possibility to initially
program their NAND FLASH. Using a JTAG debugger (e.g. BDI2000/3000)
configured to setup the SDRAM, this debugger can load this RAM-
booting image to the target address in SDRAM (in this case 0x1000000)
and start it there. Then U-Boot's standard NAND commands can be
used to program the NAND FLASH (e.g. "nand write ...").

Here the commands to load and start this image from the BDI2000:

440EPX>reset halt
440EPX>load 0x1000000 /tftpboot/sequoia/u-boot.bin
440EPX>go 0x1000000

Please note that this image automatically scans for an already
initialized SDRAM TLB (detected by EPN=0). This TLB will not be
cleared. This TLB doesn't need to be TLB #0, this RAM-booting
version will detect it and preserve it. So booting via BDI2000
will work and booting with a complete different TLB init via
U-Boot works as well.

17c1b0e89b ppc4xx: Remove unused code for Sequoia NAND booting version
The current define of get_bus_freq() in the CONFIG_NAND_SPL #ifdef is not
used at all. This patch changes it's define to the currently used value of
133333333 and removes the unnecessary code.

ee86fd15e1 Fix AMCC Sequoia board DDR memory configuration
Sequoia board schematics (DES0211_11_SCH_11.pdf, page 5, unit U1D)
specifies that BankSel#1 is not connected, while bootloader memory
configuration is (board/amcc/sequoia/sdram.c):
       mtsdram(DDR0_10, 0x00000300);
i.e. both Chip Selects used - not correct.

If we change to correct value here:
       mtsdram(DDR0_10, 0x00000100);
memory is accessible OK also.

9973e3c614 Change initdram() return type to phys_size_t
This patch changes the return type of initdram() from long int to phys_size_t.
This is required for a couple of reasons: long int limits the amount of dram
to 2GB, and u-boot in general is moving over to phys_size_t to represent the
size of physical memory. phys_size_t is defined as an unsigned long on almost
all current platforms.

This patch *only* changes the return type of the initdram function (in
include/common.h, as well as in each board's implementation of initdram). It
does not actually modify the code inside the function on any of the platforms;
platforms which wish to support more than 2GB of DRAM will need to modify
their initdram() function code.

Build tested with MAKEALL for ppc, arm, mips, mips-el. Booted on powerpc
MPC8641HPCN.

f544ff6656 ppc4xx: Sequoia: Remove cpu/ppc4xx/speed.c from NAND booting
Using cpu/ppc4xx/speed.c to calculate the bus frequency is too big
for the 4k NAND boot image so define bus_frequency to 133MHz here
which is save for the refresh counter setup.

07b7b0037a [PATCH] Speed optimization of AMCC Sequoia/Rainier DDR2 setup
As provided by the AMCC applications team, this patch optimizes the
DDR2 setup for 166MHz bus speed. The values provided are also save
to use on a "normal" 133MHz PLB bus system. Only the refresh counter
setup has to be adjusted as done in this patch.

For this the NAND booting version had to include the "speed.c" file
from the cpu/ppc4xx directory. With this addition the NAND SPL image
will just fit into the 4kbytes of program space. gcc version 4.x as
provided with ELDK 4.x is needed to generate this optimized code.

0238898382 [PATCH] Add DDR2 optimization code for Sequoia (440EPx) board
This code will optimize the DDR2 controller setup on a board specific
basis.

Note: This code doesn't work right now on the NAND booting image for the
Sequoia board, since it doesn't fit into the 4kBytes for the SPL image.
