With the generic omap3-u-boot.dtsi file available, this patch
increased the memory of the various incarnations of the omap3_logic
board, and points their respective u-boot.dtsi files to the newly
created generic one, and removes the PLATDATA from the board file.
These are all done at once because the're all utilizing the same
omap3logic.c board file.

The existing config is setup as a gadget but it doesn't use
DM_USB. This patch converts all boards to DM_USB, but as host.
As host, it is able to mount USB drives and browse them.

Those platforms need CONFIG_SPL_DM_SEQ_ALIAS because they enable both
DM_I2C and SPL_DM. Without CONFIG_SPL_DM_SEQ_ALIAS, it is not possible to
get the I2C bus with i2c_get_chip_for_busnum().

README.omap3 has two options. For option 1, CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE
is set to 0x80100000. Option 2 lists 0x80008000. The existing
value is neither of these, so this patch makes it equivalent to
Option 1.

Now that CMD_UBI does not select CMD_MTDPARTS we need to make platforms
that had been enabling it turn it on by hand. This exposed that we had
not yet migrated CMD_MTDPARTS fully, so do so now.

Enabling DM_PMIC, DM_REGULATOR_FIXED, and DM_REGULATOR_GPIO
gives us the ability to better monitor voltages and enable
hardware through the device tree. The TL4030 (TPS65950) is
not yet migrated to DM, so this patch only enables the fixed
and GPIO controlled regulators.

The simple pinctrl driver currently available works with the omap3.
Enabling this will use the device tree to automatically set the
pin-muxing for various drivers.

The OF_CONTROL and OF_PLATDATA are not really useful without DM.
This patch supports DM_SPL, but it requires manual references
both Serial and MMC.

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

For these boards, the GPMC timings are more determined by
processor speed/type than the NAND/PoP memory. This code
is never invoked, so disable the config option, so it doesn't
take the time to compile it in.

With the pending requirement for CONFIG_BLK, this patch removes
the USB_STORAGE option which assumes that DM_USB is enabled, but isn't
yet available for the omap2340 musb glue among other issues. Once
the USB issues are resolved, a future patch can enable them again.

Only the MUSB driver is currently supported on the omap3_logic
boards. The driver is using the new-musb and not the legacy
version, so this patch removes the dead code references.

Separate CMD_FASTBOOT from FASTBOOT and move code and configuration to
drivers/fastboot.
Switch dependencies on FASTBOOT to USB_FUNCTION_FASTBOOT as anyone who wants
FASTBOOT before this series wants USB_FUNCTION_FASTBOOT. Split
USB_FUNCTION_FASTBOOT from FASTBOOT so they retain their existing
behaviour.

This partly involves updating code that assumes that CONFIG_SPI implies
things that are specific to the MPC8xx SPI driver. For now, just update
the CONFIG tests. This also involves reworking the default for
CONFIG_SYS_DEF_EEPROM_ADDR so that we don't set it when we cannot make a
reasonable default, as it does not cause any compile failures.

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_CONS_INDEX
We have existing entries for this option in a number of places, with
different guards on them. They're also sometimes used for things not
directly inside of the serial driver. First, introduce a new symbol to
guard the use of CONFIG_CONS_INDEX, so that in the case where we don't
need this for the serial driver, but for some other use, we can still do
it. Next, consolidate all of these into the single entry in
drivers/serial/Kconfig. Finally, introduce CONS_INDEX_[023456] so that
we can imply a correct value here to make the defconfig side of this
smaller.

cmd/Makefile has:
ifdef CONFIG_FPGA
obj-$(CONFIG_CMD_FPGA) += fpga.o
endif
which means that if CONFIG_FPGA is not set, CONFIG_CMD_FPGA silently
does nothing. Let's remove that Makefile conditional and instead express
this equivalent dependency in Kconfig, so a lot of redundant
# CONFIG_CMD_FPGA is not set
can be removed from board defconfigs that don't actually have an FPGA.

The SPL doesn't have much room, so in order to support OF_CONTROL
in SPL, we need the extra functionality of SPL_OF_PLATDATA.
Adding these features allows us to remove a small part of code without
losing the serial port during SPL.

The SPL-OS partition is 0x20000, so let's make
CONFIG_CMD_SPL_WRITE_SIZE same size. This should allow for better
falcon mode operation.

Fastboot need a bunch of options to be operating properly, such as the
g_dnl gadget, the fastboot command, and some options that make sense. Since
fastboot is now part of Kconfig, make sure we have them right.
That will also reduce the boilerplate in the defconfigs.

The g_dnl USB settings for the vendor ID, product ID and manufacturer are
actually common settings that can and should be shared by all the gadgets.
Make them common by renaming them, and convert all the users.

On ARCH_OMAP2PLUS platforms we know what the DDR layout is going to be,
and that it is safe to use SPL_STACK_R and provide a default value for
it. select this and re-sync the defconfigs.
