aec051d813 microblaze: Remove interrupt handler
The primary purpose for this code was timer. By converting it to
CONFIG_TIMER there is no code which uses this implementation that's why
remove it. If there is a need to handle interrupts this patch can be
reverted in future.

a36d86720f microblaze: Convert axi timer to DM driver
Move axi timer driver from Microblaze to generic location.
Origin implementation was irq based with counting down timer.

CONFIG_TIMER drivers are designed differently that timer is free running up
timer with automatic reload without any interrupt.
Information about clock rates are find out in timer_pre_probe() that's why
there is no need to get any additional information from DT in the driver
itself (only register offset).

816226d27e cpu: add CPU driver for microblaze
Add a basic CPU driver that retrieves information about the microblaze CPU
core. cpu_ops handlers are implemented so that the "cpu" command can work
properly:

95b7a8fd12 microblaze: cache: introduce cpuinfo structure
Introduce a minimal cpuinfo structure to hold cache related info. The
instruction/data cache size and cache line size are initialized early in
the boot to default Kconfig values. They will be overwritten with data
from PVR/dtb if the microblaze UCLASS_CPU driver is enabled.

The cpuinfo struct was placed in global_data to allow the microblaze
UCLASS_CPU driver to also run before relocation (initialized global data
should be read-only before relocation).

gd_cpuinfo() helper macro was added to avoid volatile
"-Wdiscarded-qualifiers" warnings when using the pointer directly.

d7b5cc89d3 microblaze: Do not place u-boot to reserved memory location
Microblaze can also have reserved space in DT which u-boot has to avoid to
placing self to that location. The same change was done in Zynqmp by commit
ce39ee28ec ("zynqmp: Do not place u-boot to reserved memory location").

This feature was tested with this memory description on kc705:

	memory {
		device_type = "memory";
		reg = <0x80000000 0x40000000>;
	};

	reserved-memory {
		#address-cells = <1>;
		#size-cells = <1>;
		ranges;

		alloc@b00000000 {
			reg = <0xb0000000 0x10000000>;
			no-map;
		};

		alloc@a8000000 {
			reg = <0xa8000000 0x00010000>;
			no-map;
		};
	};

And in U-Boot log you can check u-boot relocation address and reserved
locations.

board_fdt_blob_setup() uses the _end symbol to find the dtb in the non-spl

4a69366967 microblaze: Convert generic platform to DM gpio
Converting GPIO to DM requires to do changes in reset subsystem
that's why support for Microblaze soft reset via sysreset and GPIO
sysreset support was added.
These two patches enables enabling GPIO DM.
Microblaze soft reset is bind at last reset method.

GPIO reset is handled via sysreset with adding this fragment to DT.

gpio-restart {
	compatible = "gpio-restart";
	gpios = <&reset_gpio 0 0 0>;
	/* 3rd cell ACTIVE_HIGH = 0, ACTIVE_LOW = 1 */
};

hard-reset-gpio property is not documented and also handled.
Conversion is required.

Unfortunately do_reset is required for SPL that's why use only soft
microblaze reset for now.

83d290c56f SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

643aae1406 include: delete include/linux/config.h
Linux Kernel abolished include/linux/config.h long time ago.
(around version v2.6.18..v2.6.19)

We don't need to provide Linux copatibility any more.

This commit deletes include/linux/config.h
and fixes source files not to include this.

8c4dba1a5e microblaze: Fix watchdog initialization
The patch:
"blackfin: Move blackfin watchdog driver out of the blackfin arch folder."
(sha1: e9a389a184)
changed hw_watchdog_init() prototype which didn't match
with Microblaze one.
This patch fixes the driver and Microblaze initialization.

4e779ad2e5 gpio: Add support for microblaze xilinx GPIO
Microblaze uses gpio which is connected to the system reset.
Currently gpio subsystem wasn't used for it.

Add gpio driver and change Microblaze reset logic to be done
via gpio subsystem.

There are various configurations which Microblaze can have
that's why gpio_alloc/gpio_alloc_dual(for dual channel)
function has been introduced and gpio can be allocated
dynamically.

Adding several gpios IP is also possible and supported.

For listing gpio configuration please use "gpio status" command

This patch also remove one compilation warning:
microblaze-generic.c: In function 'do_reset':
microblaze-generic.c:38:47: warning: operation on '*1073741824u'
 may be undefined [-Wsequence-point]

1865286466 Introduce generic link section.h symbol files
We create a separate header file for link symbols defined by the link
scripts. It is helpful to have these all in one place and try to
make them common across architectures. Since Linux already has a similar
file, we bring this in even though many of the symbols there are not
relevant to us.

Each architecture has its own asm/sections.h where symbols specifc to
that architecture can be added. For now everything except AVR32 just
includes the generic header.

One change is needed in arch/avr32/lib/board.c to make this conversion
work.
