051451ad83 ARM: dts: uniphier: Sync DT with Linux v6.2
Synchronize devicetree sources with Linux v6.2.

- Use GIC interrupt definitions
- Add reg properties in USB-glue and SoC-glue node
- Fix node names to follow the generic names list in DT specification
- Add L2 cache and AHCI nodes
- Update nand and pcie nodes
- And some trivial fixes

e800263d56 ARM: dts: uniphier: Switch USB node to the original
UniPhier DT applies its own USB node for U-Boot due to the USB driver
constrains. After solving this issue, u-boot allows the original USB node.

After switching USB node, synchronization of USB node with Linux becomes
possible.

dd8c3136aa ARM: dts: uniphier: Change phy-mode to RGMII-ID to enable delay pins
UniPhier LD20, PXs2 and PXs3 boards have ethernet phy that has RX/TX delays
of RGMII interface using pull-ups on the RXDLY and TXDLY pins.

So should set the phy-mode to "rgmii-id" to show that RX/TX delays are
enabled.

2001a81cba ARM: uniphier: dts: sync with Linux 4.20
Currently, the DWC3 USB node is out of sync because the bindings
for the UniPhier DWC3 PHY diverged between Linux and U-Boot.

9ac0e7b37a ARM: uniphier: split u-boot,dm-pre-reloc out to uniphier-v7-u-boot.dtsi
UniPhier 32-bit SoCs use CONFIG_SPL_OF_CONTROL. So, many nodes must
be marked as dm-pre-reloc to prevent fdtgrep from stripping them off.

Sprinkling U-Boot-specific properties all over the place is painful
because DT files are synced with Linux from time to time.

Split u-boot,dm-pre-reloc out to uniphier-v7-u-boot.dtsi, which is
appended to UniPhier V7 DTS before the build.
