This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_SYS_BOOTM_LEN
As part of this, rework error handling in boot/bootm.c so that we pass
the buffer size to handle_decomp_error as CONFIG_SYS_BOOTM_LEN will not
be available to host tools but we do know the size that we passed to
malloc().

Enable u-boot.elf recreation from u-boot.bin to prepare for removing manul
relocation. Enable option for big endian configuration but it is not used
too much that's why it is completely untested.
By supporting this system there is a need to define LITTLE/BIG endian
Kconfig options to pass -EL/-EB flags.
Full command line for u-boot.elf recreation looks like this:

Enable this feature by default to be able to work with env import/export

Remove fixed configuration and detect flash based on DT.
Also increase amount of flash sectors to 2048 because on kc705 flash has
1027 sectors.

Add distro boot support for microblaze and enable jtag, qspi,
dhcp, pxe boot targets for distro boot.
Enable DISTRO_DEFAULTS config in microblaze defconfig and also
enable support for spi xilinx driver & spi vendors to access
spi flash by distro boot.

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

The whole cache code needs to be redesign to read information about cache
from DT instead of macro selection. Enable caches by default because
systems have caches on by default for Linux.
Also enable CMD_CACHE to be able to disable cache if there is any issue.

Now that CMD_UBI does not select CMD_MTDPARTS we need to make platforms
that had been enabling it turn it on by hand. This exposed that we had
not yet migrated CMD_MTDPARTS fully, so do so now.

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

Converting GPIO to DM requires to do changes in reset subsystem
that's why support for Microblaze soft reset via sysreset and GPIO
sysreset support was added.
These two patches enables enabling GPIO DM.
Microblaze soft reset is bind at last reset method.
GPIO reset is handled via sysreset with adding this fragment to DT.
