adf32adb70 PowerPC: Update MIP405/MIP405T to use Kconfig better
Convert CONFIG_MIP405T from SYS_EXTRA_OPTIONS to a real config

There are two boards, MIP405 and MIP405T that have a few differences.
Start by checking for CONFIG_TARGET_MIP405. Then introduce
CONFIG_TARGET_MIP405T and use that not CONFIG_MIP405T. Next, convert
also convert the usage of CONFIG_ISO_STRING to be based on Kconfig.

27e7215645 ppc4xx: Remove sc3 board
As this board seems to be unmaintained for quite some time, and its
not moved to the generic board ingrastructure, lets remove it.

This will also enable us to remove the CONFIG_AUTOBOOT_DELAY_STR2
and CONFIG_AUTOBOOT_STOP_STR2 macros, as this sc3 board is the
only one using one of this macros. A removal patch will follow
soon.

Since commit 843125daeb (ppc4xx: remove HH405 board), CONFIG_HH405
is not defined.

Since commit d526330479 (ppc4xx: remove PMC405), CONFIG_PMC405
is not defined.

1b387ef55c SPDX: fix IBM-pibs license identifier
The SPDX License List version 1.19 now contains an official entry for
the IBM-pibs license. However, instead of our suggestion "ibm-pibs",
the SPDX License List uses "IBM-pibs", with the following rationale:
"The reason being that all other SPDX License List short identifiers
tend towards using capital letters unless spelling a word. I'd prefer
to be consistent to this end".

Change the license IDs to use the official name.

46263f2de4 SPDX-License-Identifier: convert PIBS licensed files
This commit adapts the files that were derived from PIBS (PowerPC
Initialization and Boot Software) codeto using SPDX License
Identifiers.

So far, SPDX has not assigned an official License ID for the PIBS
license yet, so this should be considered preliminary.

Note that the following files contained incorrect license information:

	arch/powerpc/cpu/ppc4xx/4xx_uart.c
	arch/powerpc/cpu/ppc4xx/start.S
	arch/powerpc/include/asm/ppc440.h

These files included, in addition to the GPL-2.0 / ibm-pibs dual
license as inherited from PIBS, a GPL-2.0+ license header which was
obviously incorrect. This has been removed.

5e7abce991 ppc4xx: Big header cleanup, mostly PPC440 related
This patch starts a bit PPC4xx header cleanup. First patch mostly
touches PPC440 files. A later patch will touch the PPC405 files as well.

This cleanup is done by creating header files for all SoC versions and
moving the SoC specific defines into these special headers. This way the
common header ppc405.h and ppc440.h can be cleaned up finally.

db643773fc ppc4xx: Enable PCIe support without PCI support on PPC440/460
By not defining CONFIG_SYS_PCI_MASTER_INIT and CONFIG_SYS_PCI_TARGET_INIT,
PCI support (host and adapter) will not be enabled. But it's still
possible to use the U-Boot PCI infrastructure for the PCIe ports.

This configuration option is needed for a new 460GT board, which uses
PCIe but has PCI disabled.

a47a12becf Move arch/ppc to arch/powerpc
As discussed on the list, move "arch/ppc" to "arch/powerpc" to
better match the Linux directory structure.

Please note that this patch also changes the "ppc" target in
MAKEALL to "powerpc" to match this new infrastructure. But "ppc"
is kept as an alias for now, to not break compatibility with
scripts using this name.
