The iocon and bamboo boards are often on the verge of, or going over,
their allowed size limits depending on toolchain used. If we turn off
CONFIG_SYS_LONGHELP we can gain approximately 14KiB back.

We have finished Generic Board conversion for ARM and PowerPC, i.e.
all the boards have been converted except OpenRISC, SuperH, SPARC,
which have not supported Generic Board framework yet.
Select SYS_GENERIC_BOARD in arch/Kconfig and delete all the macro
defines in include/configs/*.h.

This sets the default commands Kconfig to match
include/config_cmd_default.h commands in the common/Kconfig and removes
them from include/configs.

Commit "2842c1c fit: add sha256 support" badly increased
memory footprint, so some of our boards did not build anymore.
Since monitor base must not be changed I removed some commands
to save memory.
Maybe making sha256 optional for fit would be an option for
the future since it really has some beefy footprint.

IHS I2C master support was merely a hack in the osd driver.
Now it is a proper u-boot I2C framework driver, supporting the
v2.00 master features.

CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE is not used any more.
The size of struct "global_data" is automatically calculated
by asm-offsets. (See lib/asm-offsets.c)
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE should be used instead of
CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE.

We do not have to define CONFIG_4xx in board config headers
because it is defined in arch/powerpc/cpu/ppc4xx/config.mk.
include/configs/JSE.h defines "CONFIG_4x", not "CONFIG_4xx".
I believe it is a typo because "CONFIG_4x" is not used at all
in other files.
So, I also deleted "CONFIG_4x" in include/configs/JSE.h.

CONFIG_SYS_FLASH_PROTECTION was active on most gdsys boards by default,
while hardware flash protection was not implemented.
Hardware support was added recently and we get into trouble because backward
compatibility is broken (u-boot can't unprotect the protected flash after a
downgrade). So we decided to disable hardware flash protection for all our boards.
