- In most of the codebase, we reference CONFIG_SYS_LOAD_ADDR and not
CONFIG_LOADADDR.
- Generally, CONFIG_SYS_LOADADDR is set to CONFIG_LOADADDR and then as
noted, we use CONFIG_SYS_LOADADDR.

Both NXP SoCs i.MX8 and i.MX8X have ENET gigabit MAC.
Define FEC_QUIRK_ENET_MAC for the imx8 platform and remove this
definition from configs of boards, based on MX8/MX8X.

Currently the expansion of the console variable leads to
the following kernel command line:
console=ttyLP0,${baudrate} earlycon root=/dev/mmcblk1p2 rootwait rw
, which causes the console to not show characters after the LPUART driver
is probed as the 'baudrate' variable is not properly translated.
Fix it by splitting the console variable in two parts: one for the
ttyLP0 part and the other one for the baudrate, which matches the way
it is done on other i.MX targets.
Tested by successfully booting a mainline kernel on a i.MX8QXP MEK
board.

The default value of CONFIG_SYS_CBSIZE is too small when we need
to input long commands or when using long kernel command line.
The default value of CONFIG_SYS_MAXARGS is too small to add a long
command line, and the kernel might not boot as intended without the
complete bootargs. Increase argument buffer sizes and the number of
arguments.

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

The first stage of flash.bin is larger than 584 * 512, so when
writting u-boot.itb, some data will be override. Enlarge the
CONFIG_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE_U_BOOT_SECTOR to fix boot.

CONFIG_SYS_[DI]CACHE_OFF had been partially converted to Kconfig
parameters; only for the ARC architecture. This patch turns these two
parameters into Kconfig items everywhere else they are found.
All of the include/configs/* and defconfig changes in this patch are
for arm machines only. The Kconfig changes for arc, nds32, riscv,
and xtensa have been included since these symbols are found in code
under arch/{arc,nds32,riscv,xtensa}, however, no currently-defined
include/configs/* or defconfigs for these architectures exist which
include these symbols.
These results have been confirmed with tools/moveconfig.py.

Fix fdt_file and console to boot upstream Linux Kernel.

Enable SPL for i.MX8QXP MEK, and currently use SPL FIT.
The SPL enable SPL_DM to use MMC/PINCTRL/POWER DOMAIN/CLK.
Note: SPL FIT could not support secure boot chain, because i.MX8/8X
only support i.MX container format. This container format has
not been upstreamed, so we use FIT for now. When SPL container
supported, we could switch to that.
