Convert CONFIG_SKIP_LOWLEVEL_INIT et al to Kconfig This converts the following to Kconfig: CONFIG_SKIP_LOWLEVEL_INIT CONFIG_SKIP_LOWLEVEL_INIT_ONLY In order to do this, we need to introduce SPL and TPL variants of these options so that we can clearly disable these options only in SPL in some cases, and both instances in other cases. configs: Migrate CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE On the NIOS2 and Xtensa architectures, we do not have CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE set. This is a strict migration of the current values into the defconfig and removing them from the headers. I did not attempt to add more default values in and for now will leave that to maintainers. Migrate CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to Kconfig using system-constants.h - Make all users of CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR reference SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR - Introduce HAS_CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to allow for setting the stack pointer directly, otherwise we use the common calculation. - On some platforms that were using the standard calculation but did not set CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE / CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR, set them. - On a small number of platforms that were not subtracting GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE do so now via the standard calculation. - CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET is now widely unused, so remove it from most board config header files. rockchip: utilize CONFIG_DEFAULT_FDT_FILE Currently the fdtfile environment variable is set to CONFIG_DEFAULT_DEVICE_TREE which is іnternally used as U-Boot devicetree source. The OS can use a different filename and Kconfig gives us the ability to select a default devicetree via CONFIG_DEFAULT_FDT_FILE. This also gives user configuring U-Boot via menuconfig the behaviour someone would expect. configs: Migrate all of the existing USB symbols, except fastboot This syncs all of the currently Kconfig'd symbols out of the headers and into the defconfig files. This has two exceptions, first am335x_evm needs to be converted to DM in SPL and then it can stop undef'ing CONFIG_DM_USB. Leaving this as-is results in a build failure, and without work, run time failure. The other case is am43xx_evm.h and in turn am43xx_evm_usbhost_boot.
