There is an existing CONFIG_MCFTMR Kconfig symbol,
use it and drop all other instances of CFG_MCFTMR.
This duality is likely a result of bogus conversion
to Kconfig.

("m68k: rename CONFIG_MCFTMR to CFG_MCFTMR")
