Tom Rini 148b8bb4b6 imx: Finish migration of IMX_CONFIG to Kconfig 
- Provide a default Kconfig value of the default script
- Largely continue to define this via the board Kconfig file
- For the boards that select a script based on defconfig rather than
  TARGET, keep this within the defconfig.

README 

* Build U-Boot for Meerkat96 board

  $ make mrproper
  $ make meerkat96_defconfig
  $ make

  It will generate the U-Boot binary called u-boot-dtb.imx

* Install U-Boot to MicroSD card

  Plug MicroSD card to a Linux machine (with card reader), find the
  device name and replace sd[x] with the name in the following command.

  $ sudo dd if=u-boot-dtb.imx of=/dev/sd[x] bs=512 seek=2

  It will install U-Boot to MicroSD card at 1KiB offset.  Insert the
  card to Meerkat96 MicroSD slot, power up the board, and U-Boot should
  boot from the card.
