Add support for booting the imxrt1050-evk from spi.
Add imximage config and the ability for SPL to boot from NOR.
Enable binman in Kconfig and device tree for imxrt* as it is used to
prepend fspi_header.bin to SPL and u-boot.img.

With Ethernet DM in place, there is no longer the need for having
the board_phy_config() anymore.
Remove it.
Confirmed that TFTP transfer still works fine without board_phy_config().

We need to include <config.h> directly when a file needs to have
something such as CFG_SYS_SDRAM_SIZE referenced as this file is not
automatically globally included and is most commonly indirectly included
via common.h. Remove most cases of arm including config.h directly, but
add it where needed. This includes a few board-specific fixes.

The U_BOOT_CMD_COMPLETE() macro has a semicolon at the end, perhaps
inadvertently. Some code has taken advantage of this.
Tidy this up by dropping the semicolon from the macro and adding it to
macro invocations as required.

With DM enabled, there is no need for board code to initialize
the Ethernet interfaces.
The RTL8211FDI Ethernet PHYs have 25MHz oscillator, so there is no
need to enable the RGMII TX clk output.
Also, there is no need for describing the deprecated phy-reset FEC
properties, nor passing reset properties to the EQOS interface in
u-boot.dtsi.
Remove all these unneeded pieces.
Tested both Ethernet interfaces after these changes.

Currently, the imx8mp_evk uses the non-DM code to initialize the PMIC.
Convert to DM_PMIC, which is the recommended way to access the PMIC.
While at it, fix multi-line comments style.

Add a common board_interface_eth_init() called by the DWC MAC driver to
setup the MAC <-> PHY interface according to the PHY mode obtained from
DT.
Remove the board-side configuration in the i.MX93 EVK files.

Commit 0aea5dda29 ("ARM: dts: imx7d-sdb-u-boot: Fix usdhc1 UHS
operation") did a temporary workaround by addng the usdhc1 fix
inside the -u-boot.dtsi file.
The imx7d-sdb.dts from kernel 6.5-rc1 contains the proper UHS
fix, so sync the devicetree tree and remove the previous fix
from -u-boot.dtsi.
Also, adjust the PMIC node name inside pmic_get() to match
the devicetree update.

- Generally we just drop the #ifdef CONFIG_SYS_LONGHELP and endif lines
and use U_BOOT_LONGHELP to declare the same variable name as before
- In a few places, either rename the variable to follow convention or
introduce the variable as it was being done inline before.

CONFIG_SYS_LONGHELP=n we want to reduce the size of the U-Boot binary.
The long text should be reduced to and empty string in this case.
There is not need to call cmd_usage() directly. It is sufficient to
return CMD_RET_USAGE.

Add support for declaring in device tree the reserved memory ranges
required for MC. Since the MC firmware acts as any DMA master present
in the SoC, the reserved memory ranges need also be identity mapped
in the SMMU, so create the required 'iommu-addresses' property in
the reserved memory nodes.
For now this support is used only on LX2160A SoCs.

1. Convert all linker symbols to char[] type so that we can get the
corresponding address by calling array name 'var' or its address
'&var'. In this way, we can avoid some potential issues[1].
2. Remove unused symbol '_TEXT_BASE'. It has been abandoned and has
not been referenced by any source code.
3. Move '__data_end' to the arch x86's own sections header as it's
only used by x86 arch.
4. Remove some duplicate declared linker symbols. Now we use the
standard header file to declare them.

Since the new RevC LX2160A-RDB board has its 10G Aquantia PHYs at
different MDIO bus addresses, we must update both the kernel DTS and
u-boot's DTS (in case of DM_ETH) in case the board is indeed RevC or
newer. Use the newly introduced get_board_rev() function to trigger a
fixup of the kernel DTS to properly match the actual PHY addresses.
All this is encapsulated in the fdt_fixup_board_phy_revc() function
which will be used in the next patch.
Use the newly fdt_fixup_board_phy_revc() function introduced to
update both kernel's DTS and u-boot's DTS.
