Several source files need to be compiled and linked when one or more
config options are selected. To allow for easy selection in the
Makefiles yet to avoild multiple compilation (which costs build time)
and especially multiple linking (which causes errors), we use
"COBJS = $(sort COBJS-y)" which eliminates duplicates.

The formula "counter = (u32) (gd->bus_clk / gd->baudrate) / 32"
can generate the wrong divisor due to integer division truncation.
Round the calculated divisor value by adding 1/2 the baudrate
before dividing by the baudrate.

SH7763 has 3 SCIF channels. SCIF0 and 1 are same register constitution,
but only SCIF2 is different. This patch work all SCIF channel.

This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues.
Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get
removed (unless they appear in print statements).
Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide
indentation problems.

According to the OMAP5912 Serial Interfaces Reference Guide (see
http://focus.ti.com/lit/ug/spru760c/spru760c.pdf, page 150), the
FIFO_EN enable bit in the FIFO Control Register (FCR) can only be
changed when the baud clock is not running, i. e. when both DLL and
DLH are set to 0.
Thus make sure that DLL and DLH are 0 when writing the FCR.

SH771X is called SH-Ether, and has the Ether controller in CPU.
The driver of Ether is not included in this patch.
