Update the configuration files to support the device tree and driver
model, so do SPL. The device clock and pins configuration are handled
by the clock and the pinctrl drivers respectively.

Enable the fitImage support for the entire SAMA5Dx lineup of CPUs.
The fitImage is superior image format to uImage and it is useful
to have it available.

This syncs up the current cmd/Kconfig and include/configs/ files with the
only exception being CMD_NAND. Due to how we have used this historically

In order to reduce merge conflicts and to maintain the simplest possible
defconfig files, we should be using the savedefconfig feature of Kconfig
every time a new feature is added. This keeps the defconfig settings to
a minimum (only those things not default) and keeps them in the same
order as the Kconfig options.

The board select menu in arch/arm/Kconfig is still big.
To slim down it, this commit moves AT91 boards to
arch/arm/mach-at91/Kconfig.
Also, consolidate "config SYS_SOC" in each board Kconfig.
The Kconfig files under board/ directory were modified with the

In Linux Kernel, defconfig files are located under
arch/${ARCH}/configs/ directory.
It works in Linux Kernel since ARCH is always given from the
command line for cross compile.
But in U-Boot, ARCH is not given from the command line.
Which means we cannot know ARCH until the board configuration is done.
That is why all the "*_defconfig" files should be gathered into a
single directory ./configs/.
