cd88058da3 drivers: core: ofnode: fix typo in panel timing decode
In case where a single timing resolution is implemented in the

  # Display Timings

79f663515a bootstd: Rename distro and syslinux to extlinux
We use the terms 'distro' to mean extlinux but they are not really the
same. 'Distro' could refer to any method of booting a distribution,
whereas extlinux is a particular method.

Also we sometimes use syslinux, but it is better to use the same term in
all cases.

Rename distro to syslinux and also update bootstd uses of syslinux to use
extlinux instead.

763f0a1f0d sandbox: disable tracing before unmapping RAM
Currently doing 'reset' command in sandbox with tracing enabled causes
SIGSEV

```
Hit any key to stop autoboot:  0
Tracing callback uses RAM buffer for storing tracing reports, but
state_uninit() function unmaps whole RAM, which causes SIGSEV on umapped
Use binman to build an image which includes all the U-Boot phases so that
VBE is used to load images in two phases:
   - In VPL, VBE decides which SPL image to load
   - In SPL, VBE decides which U-Boot image to load
The latter should really be determined by VPL, since it does the full
signature verification on the selected configuration. However, we have
separate configurations for SPL and U-Boot proper, so for now we keep it
simple and have SPL do its own verification. This will need to be
tidied up later.
f1459c3657 sandbox: Support obtaining the next phase from an image
At present sandbox runs the next phase from discrete executables, so for
example u-boot-tpl runs u-boot-vpl to get to the next phase.
In some cases the phases are all built into a single firmware image, as is
done for real boards. Add support for this to sandbox.
Make it higher priority so that it takes precedence over the existing
method.
b2d93c6aaa sandbox: Add a way to specify the sandbox executable
At present the sandbox executable is assumed to be arg[0] but this only
works for a single jump (e.g. from SPL to U-Boot). Add a new arg to solve
this issue, along with a detailed comment.
