38ef64e6ce spl: nand: Set bl_len to page size
Since commit 34793598c8 ("mtd: nand: mxs_nand_spl: Remove the page aligned
access") there are no longer any users of nand_get_mtd. However, it is
still important to know what the page size is so we can allocate a
large-enough buffer. If the image size is not page-aligned, we will go off
the end of the buffer and clobber some memory.

Introduce a new function nand_page_size which returns the page size. For
most drivers it is easy to determine the page size. However, a few need to
be modified since they only keep the page size around temporarily.

It's possible that this patch could cause a regression on some platforms if
the offset is non-aligned and there is invalid address space immediately
before the load address. spl_load_legacy_img does not (except when
compressing) respect bl_len, so only boards with SPL_LOAD_FIT (8 boards) or
SPL_LOAD_IMX_CONTAINER (none in tree) would be affected.

All the sitara boards have DDR mapped at 0x80000000. gwventana is an i.MX6Q
which has DDR at 0x10000000. I don't have the IMX8MNRM handy, but on the
i.MX8M DDR starts at 0x40000000. Therefore all of these boards can handle a
little underflow.

601b8901e0 nand: Calculate SYS_NAND_BLOCK_PAGES (neé SYS_NAND_PAGE_COUNT) automatically
Contrary to what the help message says, this is the number of pages per
block. Calculate it automatically based on SYS_NAND_BLOCK_SIZE and
SYS_NAND_PAGE_SIZE. To better reflect its semantics, rename it to
SYS_NAND_BLOCK_PAGES.

1e94b46f73 common: Drop linux/printk.h from common header
This old patch was marked as deferred. Bring it back to life, to continue
towards the removal of common.h

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed.

4e5909450e global: Move remaining CONFIG_SYS_NAND_* to CFG_SYS_NAND_*
The rest of the unmigrated CONFIG symbols in the CONFIG_SYS_NAND
namespace do not easily transition to Kconfig. In many cases they likely
should come from the device tree instead. Move these out of CONFIG
namespace and in to CFG namespace.

1cefed1e39 nand.h: Cleanup linux/mtd/rawnand.h usage

32cc2368f8 nand: atmel: Correct bitflips in erased pages
Not correcting anything in case of empty ECC data area
is not an appropriate strategy, because an uncorrected bit-flip
in an empty sector may cause upper layers (namely UBI) fail to work
properly. Therefore the approach chosen in Linux kernel and other
u-boot mtd drivers has been adopted, where a heuristic implemented
by nand_check_erased_ecc_chunk() is used in order to detect and
correct empty sectors.

Tested with sama5d3_xplained and sam9x60-ek.

336d4615f8 dm: core: Create a new header file for 'compat' features
At present dm/device.h includes the linux-compatible features. This
requires including linux/compat.h which in turn includes a lot of headers.
One of these is malloc.h which we thus end up including in every file in
U-Boot. Apart from the inefficiency of this, it is problematic for sandbox
which needs to use the system malloc() in some files.

Move the compatibility features into a separate header file.

ed5df0852f nand: atmel: Initialize pmecc smu with correct size
Currently in pmecc_get_sigma(), the code tries to clear the memory
pointed by smu with wrong size 'sizeof(int16_t) * ARRAY_SIZE(smu)'.
Since smu is actually a pointer, not an array, so ARRAY_SIZE(smu)
does not generate correct size to be cleared.

In fact, GCC 8.1.0 reports a warning against it:

error: division 'sizeof (int16_t * {aka short int *}) / sizeof (int16_t
{aka short int})' does not compute the number of array elements
[-Werror=sizeof-pointer-div]

Fix it by using the correct size.
