renaming the "mgsuvd" board port into "km8xx", because
there come more similar boards from keymile.
Compiling the mgsuvd board with "make mgsuvd_config"
remains.

Check the presence of the PIGGY on the keymile boards mgcoge,
mgsuvd and kmeter1. If the PIGGY is not present, dont register
this Ethernet device.

repetition of code, which this patch moves in a common
function for this boards.

The EEprom contains some Manufacturerinformation,
which are read from u-boot at boot time, and saved
in same hush shell variables.
