69a0ea0078 sunxi: defconfig: enable eMMC boot partition support
Now that the SPL can safely detect whether it was loaded from an eMMC
boot partition or the normal user data partition, let's enable this
feature on some boards that feature eMMC storage.

That covers the boards where I could test this on, and allows the same
build to be written to an SD card, eMMC user partition, eMMC boot
partition, or into SPI NOR flash.

280294c5df sunxi: boards: Enable SPI flash support in U-Boot proper
Some sunxi boards ship with SPI flash, which allows booting through the
BootROM. We cover this functionality by a separate SPL "mini" driver.
Separately we have a proper DM_SPI driver for U-Boot proper, which
provides access to the SPI flash through the "sf" command. That allows
to update the firmware on the SPI flash, also to store the environment
there.

However only very few boards actually enable support for U-Boot proper,
even though that would work and the SPL part is configured.

Use the cleaned up configuration scheme to enable SPI flash on those
boards which mention a SPI flash in their .dts, or which use the SPL SPI
support.

Out of the box this would enable storing the environment on the SPI
flash, and allows people to read or write the flash from U-Boot, for
instance to update the SPI flash when booted via an SD card.

For this to actually work there must be a "spi0" alias in the DT, which
most boards are missing. But this should be addressed separately.

81a46c152a sunxi: Kconfig: Fix up SPI configuration
Commit 7945caf22c ("arm: sunxi: Enable SPI/SPI-FLASH support for A64")
selected CONFIG_SPI by default on all Allwinner A64 boards, even though
only 4 out of the 14 A64 boards have a SPI flash chip. All other SoCs
had to manually select DM_SPI and friends, even though they are a
platform property (the sunxi SPI driver is DM_SPI only).

Clean this up to allow easy selection of SPI flash support in U-Boot
proper, by selecting DM_SPI and DM_SPI_FLASH *if* CONFIG_SPI is
selected, for *all* Allwinner SoCs. This simplifies the defconfig for
two Libretech boards already.

Also remove the forced CONFIG_SPI from the A64 Kconfig, instead let the
four boards which allow SPI booting select this explicitly.

Any board wishing to support SPI flash in U-Boot proper now just defines
CONFIG_SPI and CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_<vendor> in its defconfig, Kconfig takes
care of the rest.

cd27b933f5 sunxi: Remove no longer needed default options from defconfigs
Now that those common Allwinner config symbols are defined automatically
for all boards in their Kconfig files, we can remove the now redundant
definitions from the boards' _defconfig files.

Some boards had a differing definiton for some of those symbols, it
looks like mostly to "merge races" when the symbol was introduced (new
board *_defconfig file missed the "add symbol to all files" patch).

671d64fe35 sunxi: move CONFIG_SYS_SPI_U_BOOT_OFFS out of defconfig
For Allwinner SoCs the CONFIG_SYS_SPI_U_BOOT_OFFS value is not really a
board choice: The boot ROM only loads the SPL from offset 0 of the SPI
NOR flash, and loads at most 32KB. This is a similar situation as on MMC,
so consequently we create our "joint" image (SPL + U-Boot proper) with
that 32KB offset during the build.

So define the value of this symbol to be 32KB by default for every
Allwinner SoC. This removes the definition of this symbol from the
_defconfig files, and avoids every board to define this over and over
again.

8d8ee47e03 env: Add CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR symbol
Today in initr_reloc_global_data() we use some non-obvious tests to
determine if we need to relocate the env_addr within gd or not. In
order to facilitate migration of other symbols to Kconfig we need to
introduce a new symbol for this particular use case.

37304aaf60 Convert CONFIG_USE_PREBOOT and CONFIG_PREBOOT to Kconfig
This converts the following to Kconfig:
   CONFIG_USE_PREBOOT
   CONFIG_PREBOOT

Both are together in one commit, since otherwise the former causes kconfig
to define the latter, which gives duplicate symbol errors.

Includes a manual fixup for CONFIG_PREBOOT in ids8313_defconfig since the
backslash lands in the wrong place. Similarly with socfpga_vining_fpga.

9340d8fe8b sunxi: move CONFIG_SPL_TEXT_BASE from *_defconfig to Kconfig
The choice of the SPL_TEXT_BASE is not really a decision that should be
specified by each board's defconfig, as this setting is actually
dictated by the SoC's memory map and the BootROM behaviour.

To make this obvious and reduce the clutter in the defconfig files,
let's specify the SoC constraints in the Kconfig stanza.
This allows us to remove these lines from the defconfig files again.

The Pine64-LTS defconfig is missing the CONFIG_USB_OHCI_HCD symbol, as
this was added during the same time as this defconfig was merged.
USB 1.x devices like USB keyboards don't work due to this.

Add the symbol to the defconfig as all the other boards do.

4f9d34e633 sunxi: A64: Add Pine64-LTS board
The Pine64 LTS is an updated version of the Pine64, copying the
technical updates from the SoPine platform: LPDDR3 DRAM, eMMC socket and
soldered SPI flash chip, even the broken SD card detect pin has been copied.
Consequently this leads to the .dts (copied from the kernel) just including
the SoPine baseboard .dts, and the defconfig being almost identical.
Nevertheless the boards deserves a separate config.
