Many of the spd.h #includers don't need it,
and wanted to have spd_sdram() declared instead.
Since they didn't get that, some also had open
coded extern declarations of it instead or as well.
Fix it all up by using spd_sdram.h where needed.

In the future the offsets to various blocks may not be in same location.
Move to using CFG_MPC85xx_*_ADDR as the base of the registers
instead of getting it via &immap.

- Improve platform.S code for omap1510inn that detects whether code
is running from SDRAM or not. Patch allows SDRAM to be configured
if code is running out of SRAM at 0x20000000.
