- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

We have CONFIG_ENV_SIZE_IS_REDUND but don't really use it. We have one
board where we can simply multiple CONFIG_ENV_SIZE by two for the same
result. The other place where we could but were not previously using
this is for where env_internal.h checks for if we should set
ENV_IS_EMBEDDED. This seems like the most likely use, historically, of
the variable, but it was not used. Add logic to check for this now.

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

The motivation for moving MX28 selection to Kconfig is to be able
to better handle NAND MXS selection through Kconfig.
This selection method also aligns with the way other i.MX SoCs are
selected in U-Boot.

CONFIG_MTDPARTS_DEFAULT from the header files to the defconfig files.
There's a few cases here where we need to expand upon what was in the
header file.

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_ENV_IS_IN_MMC
CONFIG_ENV_IS_IN_NAND
CONFIG_ENV_IS_IN_UBI
CONFIG_ENV_IS_NOWHERE
In fact this already exists for sunxi as a 'choice' config. However not
all the choices are available in Kconfig yet so we cannot use that. It
would lead to more than one option being set.
In addition, one purpose of this series is to allow the environment to be
stored in more than one place. So the existing choice is converted to a
normal config allowing each option to be set independently.
There are not many opportunities for Kconfig updates to reduce the size of
this patch. This was tested with
./tools/moveconfig.py -i CONFIG_ENV_IS_IN_MMC
And then manual updates. This is because for CHAIN_OF_TRUST boards they
can only have ENV_IS_NOWHERE set, so we enforce that via Kconfig logic
now.

case of CMD_UBIFS also change it to be a default y if CMD_UBI.

This option is pretty old. It predates CONFIG_SYS_I2C which is itself
deprecated in favour of driver model. Disable it for all boards.
Also drop I2C options which depend on this.

We repeated partial moves for CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH, but this is
not completed. Finish this work by the tool.
During this move, let's rename it to CONFIG_MTD_NOR_FLASH.
Actually, we have more instances of "#ifndef CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH"
than those of "#ifdef CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH". Flipping the logic will
make the code more readable. Besides, negative meaning symbols do
not fit in obj-$(CONFIG_...) style Makefiles.
This commit was created as follows:
[1] Edit "default n" to "default y" in the config entry in
common/Kconfig.

Pull all the duplicate configuration options into configs/mxs.h
from the board configuration files. This reduces the files greatly
and makes them somewhat more readable. Besides, we do no longer
have such a horrible duplication of code.
Note that the mx23evk grew in size slightly. This is due to the
CONFIG_SYS_CBSIZE now being set to 1024 as it is on the rest of
MXS systems.
This patch also fixes the OCRAM size for i.MX23. The i.MX23 has
only 32kB of OCRAM, while i.MX28 has 128kB of OCRAM.
I verified the configuration didn't change for each of the boards,
but I didn't boot-test it on the boards I do not have. I configured
U-Boot for each board using the "make ... <board>_config" command
and then ran "cpp -I include -dM include/config.h" , which dumped
all the configuration options. I did this both before and after this
patch and finally compared the results for each MXS board. Actually,
the results do differ slightly, since the configs/mxs.h file now
properly includes the correct iomux-mx23.h or iomux-mx28.h , so
while comparing, I had to ignore these new defines. These have no
impact on U-Boot configuration though.

Rework ehci-mxs so it supports both ports on MX28. It was necessary
to wrap the per-port configuration into struct ehci_mxs_port and pull
out the clock configuration function.

UBI can mount volumes by name or number The current code forces you
to name the volume by prepending every name with "ubi:".
>From fs/ubifs/super.c
* There are several ways to specify UBI volumes when mounting UBIFS:
* o ubiX_Y - UBI device number X, volume Y;
* o ubiY - UBI device number 0, volume Y;
* o ubiX:NAME - mount UBI device X, volume with name NAME;
* o ubi:NAME - mount UBI device 0, volume with name NAME.
Now any name passed in any of the above forms are allowed.
Also update the configs that referenced ubifsmount.

This adds support for Bluegiga APX4 Development Kit. It is built around
Freescale i.MX28. Currently supported features are: ethernet, I2C, MMC,
RTC and USB. APX4 has only one ethernet port.
