f7e517b4eb serial: pl01x: disable as per type of pl01x
pl010 & pl011 have different control register offsets, setting it as per
the pl01x type.

d2ca9fd2cd serial: pl01x: move all line control at same place
Receive line control uses same setting as transmit line control, also one lcrh
write is effective for both baud rate & receive line control internal update.

2df810717e serial: pl01x: fix pl011 baud rate configuration
UART_IBRD, UART_FBRD, and UART_LCR_H form a single 30-bit wide register which
is updated on a single write strobe generated by a UART_LCR_H write. So, to
internally update the content of UART_IBRD or UART_FBRD, a write to UART_LCR_H
must always be performed at the end.

a7deea691c serial: pl01x: pass pl01x_type to set baudrate
Although we were checking the pl01x type, seems like PL010 type was being
passed by mistake.

86256b796e dm: move platform data headers to include/dm/platform_data
The platform_data definitions are generally referenced from both
drivers and board files. That is why header files defining
platform_data sturectures are placed in "include" directory,
but our top level "include" directory is already too cluttered.

Let's collect platform_data definitions under the directory
"include/dm/platform_data" like Linux gathers ones around under
"include/linux/platform_data".

This commit moves two header files:

  include/serial_mxc.h -> include/dm/platform_data/serial_mxc.h
  include/serial_pl01x.h -> include/dm/platform_data/serial_pl01x.h

aed2fbef5e dm: serial: Tidy up the pl01x driver
Adjust the driver so that leaf functions take a pointer to the serial port
register base. Put all the global configuration in the init function, and
use the same settings from then on.

This makes it much easier to move to driver model without duplicating the
code, since with driver model we use platform data rather than global
settings.

The driver is compiled with either the CONFIG_PL010_SERIAL or
CONFIG_PL011_SERIAL option and this determines the uart type. With driver
model this needs to come in from platform data, so create a new
CONFIG_PL01X_SERIAL config which brings in the driver, and adjust the
driver to support both peripheral variants.

10501df05e serial_pl011: Set RTS during initialization
If the pl011 is connected to another device which has hardware
flow-control on, characters are never received by the pl011.
Asserting RTS when flow-control is off will have no effect.

This is in line with how Linux behaves.

ec3fd68952 serial: Use default_serial_puts() in drivers

code duplication quite a bit.

a382725060 serial: Remove CONFIG_SERIAL_MULTI from serial drivers
Remove the support for not-CONFIG_SERIAL_MULTI part from serial
port drivers and some board files. Since CONFIG_SERIAL_MULTI is
now enabled by default, that part is a dead code. Remove it.

39f614779f serial: arm: Implement CONFIG_SERIAL_MULTI into pl01x serial driver
Implement support for CONFIG_SERIAL_MULTI into pl01x serial driver.
This driver was so far only usable directly, but this patch also adds
support for the multi method. This allows using more than one serial
driver alongside the pl01x driver. Also, add a weak implementation
of default_serial_console() returning this driver.

96baa4c376 serial: pl01x: drain PL01x FIFO before baudrate change
Not draining the FIFO and waiting for the UART to be non-busy
before changing baudrate results in crap characters on the
console, so let's wait for the FIFO to drain and the last
character to be clocked out before we do that.

910f1ae3eb Serial: p1011: new vendor init options
Two new options:

CONFIG_PL011_SERIAL_RLCR

Some vendor versions of PL011 serial ports (e.g. ST-Ericsson U8500)
have separate receive and transmit line control registers. Set
this variable to initialize the extra register.

CONFIG_PL011_SERIAL_FLUSH_ON_INIT

On some platforms (e.g. U8500) U-Boot is loaded by a second stage
boot loader that has already initialized the UART. Define this
variable to flush the UART at init time.

249d5219c4 ARMV7: Fixed baudrate setting in pl01x driver
The pl01x serial driver was lacking the code to switch baudrates from the

serial_init() again. Also fixed CamelCase variables, I/O accessors and
comment style.
