Use a single dtsi file for CP110 die instead of master/slave.
Moving to single file will allow miltiple DTSI inclusions with
re-defined CP index and name.
This change will also allow support for SoCs containing more than
two CP110 dies on board.

Align node properties to kernel dts node.
The change of compatible property does not affect any currently
supported board.
Keep U-Boot specific nand-enable-arbiter, and num-cs for compatibility
with the current driver.

However made the XSMI register window 0x16 (22) bytes per my reading
of the functional spec. Similar commits in Marvels own repo bump it
to 0x200 (512) bytes but I did not see the reasoning for that.

Implicitly Marvell MDIO driver uses DT node names for devices, but in this
case that is not unique. Set MDIO device names for master/slave to
cpm/cps.

For pinctrl driver of mvebu, the compatible strings
supported are defined differently from Linux version.
The patch aligned the compatible string with
Linux 4.17-rc4.

UTMI_PHY_TO_USB_HOST was used in USB3 UTMI dts node only, but there will
be USB2 UTMI dts node for some SoCs that have got USB2 controller, so rename
TO_USB_HOST to TO_USB3_HOST to distinguish TO_USB2_HOST in later on patches.

Since the cp110 slave also has comphy DT nodes, the names need to be
renamed to avoid a name clash. Lets use the common naming scheme:
"cpm_xxx" for master and "cps_xxx" for slave.
