The "booti" command to load arm64 Linux kernels supports automatic
decompression of zipped kernel images, but relies on some environment
variables to point to usable buffer RAM.
Add those variables and let them point to some default values, that
should cover most use-cases.

Commit 69076dff22 ("cmd: pxe: add support for FDT overlays") added
support for loading DT overlay files to PXE boot. However, it needs
additional environment variable which points to memory location which
can be used to temporary store overlay data.
Add it and in the process unify alignment using spaces and fix comment.

Convert the legacy video driver over to the DM_VIDEO framework. This is
a minimal conversion: it doesn't use the DT for finding its resources,
nor does it use DM clocks or DM devices for the outputs (LCD, HDMI, CVBS).

Use CONFIG_IS_ENABLED() macro, which provides more convenient
way to check $(SPL)DM_I2C/$(SPL)DM_I2C_GPIO configs
for both SPL and U-Boot proper.
CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(DM_I2C) expands to:
- 1 if CONFIG_SPL_BUILD is undefined and CONFIG_DM_I2C is set to 'y',
- 1 if CONFIG_SPL_BUILD is defined and CONFIG_SPL_DM_I2C is set to 'y',
- 0 otherwise.

OF_STDOUT_PATH was meant to hold the devicetree path to the serial
console, to be put into the linux,stdout-path property of the chosen node.
The only user of that was sunxi, and it was actually wrong for years
there: the paths hardcoded in sunxi_common.h were not matching the DTs,
evident by the leading 0's in nodenames, which have been removed years
ago.
On top of that, "linux,stdout-path" is now deprecated for a while (Linux
commit 2a9d832cc9aae from November 2014), and also all modern DTs
(including those included in U-Boot) carry a "stdout-path" property
already.
So remove the stanza from sunxi_common.h, and, since this was the last
user, also remove the associated bits from the rest of U-Boot.

H616 is very similar to H6 so most of the infrastructure can be reused.
However, two big differences are that it doesn't have functional SRAM A2
which is usually used for TF-A and it doesn't have ARISC co-processor.
It also needs bigger SPL size - 48 KiB.

So far we did not support the BootROM based FEL USB debug mode on the
64-bit builds for Allwinner SoCs: The BootROM is using AArch32, but the
SPL runs in AArch64.
Returning back to AArch32 was not working as expected, since the RMR
reset into 32-bit mode always starts execution in the BootROM, but not
in the FEL routine.
After some debug and research and with help via IRC, the CPU hotplug
mechanism emerged as a solution: If a certain R_CPUCFG register contains
some magic, the BootROM will immediately branch to an address stored in
some other register. This works well for our purposes.
Enable the FEL feature by providing early AArch32 code to first save the
FEL state, *before* initially entering AArch64.
If we eventually determine that we should return to FEL, we reset back
into AArch32, and use the CPU hotplug mechanism to run some small
AArch32 code snippet that restores the initially saved FEL state.
That allows the normal AArch64 SPL build to be loaded via the sunxi-fel
tool, with it returning into FEL mode, so that other payloads can be
transferred via FEL as well.
Tested on A64, H5 and H6.

This commit moves CONFIG_PREBOOT="usb start" to common/KConfig
for all boards also declaring USB_KEYBOARD.
Besides simplifying defconfig files, this also enables support for
board-specific CONFIG_PREBOOT for sunxi boards:
commit 37304aaf60 ("Convert CONFIG_USE_PREBOOT and CONFIG_PREBOOT to
Kconfig") intended to support CONFIG_PREBOOT, but
include/configs/sunxi-common.h hardcodes preboot as part of internally
defined CONSOLE_STDIN_SETTINGS, silently ignoring any board-specific
CONFIG_PREBOOT.

some boards have common headers for several individual build-targets
where CONFIG_SYS_SPI_U_BOOT_OFFS is defined even it is not needed (only
needed if CONFIG_SPL_SPI_LOAD is defined also). Take this define here
under '#ifdef CONFIG_SPL_SPI_LOAD' for having a clean run of
moveconfig.py

It seems like the Allwinner SATA driver is already quite capable of
using the driver model, so we can force this on all boards and can
remove support for a non-DM_SCSI build.
This removes the warning about boards with SATA ports not being
DM_SCSI compliant.
It also takes the opportunity to move the driver out of the board/sunxi
directory to join its siblings in drivers/ata, and to make it a proper
Kconfig citizen.
The board defconfigs stay untouched.

In the sunxi-common.h config header we unconditionally define
CONFIG_SYS_WHITE_ON_BLACK, although it's actually a Kconfig option which
could be individually selected by a user.
Remove this #define from the header and let it default to "y" on sunxi
boards (like we do for other platforms).

drivers in Allwinner are CLK and RESET drivers, now these
available for USB usage.
So switch sunxi USB use EHCI and OHCI Generic controllers.
Enabling USB is wisely a board choise, So Enable USB_OHCI_HCD
where it already have USB_EHCI_HCD

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

On the new Allwinner H6 SoC, the SRAM A2 address (SPL load address) is
at 0x20000, which is different with any old Allwinner SoCs.

The new Allwinner H6 SoC has its SRAM A1 at neither 0x0 nor 0x10000, but
it's at 0x20000. Thus the SUNXI_HIGH_SRAM option needs to be refactored
to support this new configuration.
Change it to SUNXI_SRAM_ADDRESS, which holds the real address of SRAM
A1 in the memory map.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

CONFIG_PHY_ADDR is used for old-style configuration. This makes
impossible changing the PHY address, if multiple boards share a same
config header file (for example include/configs/sunxi-common.h).
Moving this to Kconfig helps overcoming this issue. It's defined
as entry inside PHYLIB section.
After the implemention, moveconfig was run. The issues are:
- edb9315a - CONFIG_PHYLIB is not enabled. Entry is
deleted.
- ds414 - CONFIG_PHYLIB is in incompatible format:
{ 0x1, 0x0 }. This entry is also deleted.
- devkit3250 - The PHY_ADDR is in hex format (0x1F).
Manually CONFIG_PHY_ADDR=31 is added in
the defconfig.
After the changes the suspicious defconfigs passes building.

Migrate the option CONFIG_SPL_FRAMEWORK and make this gate most of the
current set of options we have in Kconfig. We will need to have some
options available for SPL and !SPL_FRAMEWORK so this is important. In a
few cases we re-order existing options so that we have less escapes from
the SPL_FRAMEWORK guard.

On the NIOS2 and Xtensa architectures, we do not have
CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE set. This is a strict migration of the current
values into the defconfig and removing them from the headers.
I did not attempt to add more default values in and for now will leave
that to maintainers.

The MMC environment offset is getting very close to the end of the U-Boot
binary now. Since we want to make sure this will not overflow, add a size
limit in the board for arm64. arm32 has already that limit enforced in our
custom image generation.

The partitions variable is especially useful to create a partition table
from U-Boot, either directly from the U-Boot shell, or through flashing
tools like fastboot and its oem format command.
This is especially useful on devices with an eMMC you can't take out to
flash from another system, and booting a Linux system first to flash our
system then is not really practical.

Add an option to indicate that the video driver should setup a SimpleFB
node that passes the video framebuffer initialized by U-Boot to the
operating system kernel.
Currently only the Allwinner DE driver uses this option, and the
definition of this option in the sunxi-common.h config header is
converted to an imply of this option from CONFIG_VIDEO_SUNXI.

The sunxi DE1 video option used to be CONFIG_VIDEO, which has the same
name as the "Enable legacy video support" option in
drivers/video/Kconfig.
Change the option name to CONFIG_VIDEO_SUNXI, which is really used by
Makefile under drivers/video/sunxi/, and defined in sunxi-common.h
when CONFIG_VIDEO is selected before this change. Now CONFIG_VIDEO_SUNXI
selects CONFIG_VIDEO and the usages of CONFIG_VIDEO in sunxi Kconfig and
config headers are all converted to use CONFIG_VIDEO_SUNXI.

The current code, if there's both an eMMC and an MMC slot available on the
board, will swap the MMC indices based on whether we booted from the eMMC
or the MMC. This way, the MMC we're supposed to boot on will always have
the index 0.
However, this causes various issues, for example when using other
components that base their behaviour on the MMC index, such as fastboot.
Let's remove that hack, and take the opposite approach. The MMC will always
have the same index, but the bootcmd will pick the same device than the one
we booted from. This is done through the introduction of the mmc_bootdev
environment variable that will be filled by the board code based on the
boot device informations we can get from the SoC.
In order to not introduce regressions, we also need to adjust the fastboot
MMC device and the environment device in order to set it to the eMMC, over
the MMC, like it used to be the case.
