The CONFIG_SATAPWR Kconfig symbol was used to point to a GPIO that
enables the power for a SATA harddisk.
In the DT this is described with the target-supply property in the AHCI
DT node, pointing to a (GPIO controlled) regulator. Since we need SATA
only in U-Boot proper, and use a DM driver for AHCI there, we should use
the DT instead of hardcoding this.
Add code to the sunxi AHCI driver to check the DT for that regulator and
enable it, at probe time. Then drop the current code from board.c, which
was doing that job before.
This allows us to remove the SATAPWR Kconfig definition and the
respective values from the defconfigs.
We also select the generic fixed regulator driver, which handles those
GPIO controlled regulators.
Please note that the OrangePi Plus is a bit special here, it's a H3
board without native SATA, but with a USB-to-SATA bridge. The DT models
the SATA power via a VBUS supply regulator, which we don't parse yet in
the USB PHY driver. Use the hardcoded CONFIG_USB3_VBUS_PIN for that
board meanwhile.

Update boards to use the USB power supply driver, as referenced in the
device tree, instead of a virtual GPIO. This removes the need for some
DM-incompatible special cases in the GPIO driver.
The following five boards used AXP0-VBUS-DETECT in their config, but are
missing the "usb0_vbus_power-supply" property in their device tree:
- Ainol_AW1_defconfig / sun7i-a20-ainol-aw1
- Cubieboard4_defconfig / sun9i-a80-cubieboard4
- Merrii_A80_Optimus_defconfig / sun9i-a80-optimus
- Yones_Toptech_BD1078_defconfig / sun7i-a20-yones-toptech-bd1078
- Yones_Toptech_BS1078_V2_defconfig /
sun6i-a31s-yones-toptech-bs1078-v2
None of those five boards have the MUSB controller (USB OTG) enabled in
their device trees, so this change should not break anything for them.
Additionally, the following board intentionally omits the property
because VBUS is always enabled:
- Nintendo_NES_Classic_Edition_defconfig /
sun8i-r16-nintendo-nes-classic
The PHY driver already assumes VBUS is enabled when no detection method
is available, so again this will not cause any problems.

CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN
To do this, we set a default of 0 for everyone because there are a
number of cases where we define CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN but the only
impact is that we set TOTAL_MALLOC_LEN to be CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_LEN +
CONFIG_ENV_SIZE, so we must continue to allow all boards to set this
value. Update the SPL code to use 200 KB as the default raw U-Boot size
directly, if we don't have a real CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN value.

When some configuration symbols were converted from header files to
Kconfig, their values were placed into *every* defconfig file.
Since we now have sensible per-SoC defaults defined in Kconfig, those
values are now redundant, and can just be removed.

Now that those common Allwinner config symbols are defined automatically
for all boards in their Kconfig files, we can remove the now redundant
definitions from the boards' _defconfig files.

looks like mostly to "merge races" when the symbol was introduced (new

The choice of the SPL_TEXT_BASE is not really a decision that should be
specified by each board's defconfig, as this setting is actually
dictated by the SoC's memory map and the BootROM behaviour.
To make this obvious and reduce the clutter in the defconfig files,
let's specify the SoC constraints in the Kconfig stanza.
This allows us to remove these lines from the defconfig files again.

We enabled CONFIG_ISO_PARTITION by default for distro boot, so that U-Boot
could load distro images that usually get shipped as iso images. These images
usually come with a board agnostic boot environment.
However, there is very little point in having ISO support enabled (for anyone
really) in SPL, as the whole idea of SPL is to load U-Boot proper which again
is board specific. So the fact that we enable ISO support in U-Boot proper does
not mean at all that we want ISO support in U-Boot SPL.
Hence, let's remove the Kconfig dependency. Along the way, let's also clean up
all those default configs that disabled SPL ISO support.

CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE a proper Kconfig variable, with the consequence
of moving the common definition shared by almost every sunxi board

for Allwinner boards is a platform decision which has been around for
ages, so defining it in each *board* config file seems a bit over the
top.

There are already two FIT options in Kconfig but the CONFIG options are
still in the header files. We need to do a proper move to fix this.
Move these options to Kconfig and tidy up board configuration:
CONFIG_FIT
CONFIG_OF_BOARD_SETUP
CONFIG_OF_SYSTEM_SETUP
CONFIG_FIT_SIGNATURE
CONFIG_FIT_BEST_MATCH
CONFIG_FIT_VERBOSE
CONFIG_OF_STDOUT_VIA_ALIAS
CONFIG_RSA
Unfortunately the first one is a little complicated. We need to make sure
this option is not enabled in SPL by this change. Also this option is
enabled automatically in the host builds by defining CONFIG_FIT in the
image.h file. To solve this, add a new IMAGE_USE_FIT #define which can
be used in files that are built on the host but must also build for U-Boot
and SPL.
