Copy the devicetree source for the H6 SoC and all existing boards
from the Linux v5.18-rc1 tag.
To maintain ABI compatibility with existing LTS kernels, one change
moving some IP blocks to the r_intc interrupt controller is excluded.
This effectively reverts Linux commits 189bef235dd3 and 73088dfee635.
This commit also adds the following new board devicetrees:
- sun50i-h6-pine-h64-model-b.dts
- sun50i-h6-tanix-tx6-mini.dts
This update should not impact any existing U-Boot functionality.

Update the H6 DT files from the Linux 5.12 release.
The changes are minimal (many LED node renames), but also help to enable
USB port 0 in U-Boot (later), enable the RSB device (not yet used in
U-Boot), and also introduce an MMC frequency limit.

Usually the Linux dts changes were synced in specific tags in Allwinner,
to keep track for whats been synced so-far and plan for future syncs.
But this patch sync sun50i-h6* dts(i) files from Linux w/o any specific
tag since these dts(i) changes are required for new H6 boards support.

Allwinner H6 is a new SoC from Allwinner features USB3 and PCIe
interfaces.
This patch adds support for it.
The corresponding DTSI file, from Linux next-20180720, is also
introduced.
