We first split the CONFIG_BOOTCOMMAND into its components to improve
readability. We then make the following order changes:
- Run findfdt first so the fdt name can be used in envboot like OMAP
- Install the boot monitor before running the PMMC so we can make any
needed secure changes before PMMC, do this on both HS and non-HS
- Move set_name_pmmc to just before get_pmmc_${boot}

Not all TI Keystone2 EVMs want environment in NAND flash.
K2G EVM which has an MMC/SD slot, keep environment in a
FAT partition on SD card.
Since ti_armv7_keystone2.h defines environment is in NAND,
boards which do not follow that have to #undef'ine that
configuration. This leads to ugly ordering issues around
where exactly the include of ti_armv7_keystone2.h can come
in within the k2*_evm.h files.
Move environment location to config file of each board.
This should make it easy to change it for any one board
without affecting all other boards.

Currently these (board agnostic) commands cannot be selected using
menuconfig and friends. Fix this the obvious way. As part of this,
don't muddle the meaning of CONFIG_HASH_VERIFY to mean both 'hash -v'
and "we have a hashing command" as this makes the Kconfig logic odd.

One some keystone2 platforms like K2G ICE, there is an option
to switch between 24MHz or 25MHz as sysclk. But the existing
driver assumes it is always 24MHz. Add support for getting
all reference clocks dynamically by reading boot pins.

SPI U-Boot image for K2 boards have now exceeded 512K partition
allocated to it and no longer fit the partitions defined in kernel DTS
file. Therefore, pass an updated MTD partition table from U-Boot as
kernel command line arguments to avoid kernel from accidentally
modifying boot loader image that has overflowed to next user partition.
To do is, introduce a common environment file for declaring SPI
partition so that each individual boards need not repeat the same.
Choose appropriate SPI bus from board config file and pass it as command
line argument to kernel.

With d53ecad92f some unused interrupt related code was removed.
However all of these options are currently unused. Rather than migrate
some of these options to Kconfig we just remove the code in question.
The only related code changes here are that in some cases we use
CONFIG_STACKSIZE in non-IRQ related context. In these cases we rename
and move the value local to the code in question.

Now, CONFIG_GENERIC_MMC seems equivalent to CONFIG_MMC.
Let's create an entry for "config GENERIC_MMC" with "default MMC",
then convert all macro defines in headers to Kconfig. Almost all
of the defines will go away.
I see only two exceptions:
configs/blanche_defconfig
configs/sandbox_noblk_defconfig
They define CONFIG_GENERIC_MMC, but not CONFIG_MMC. Something
might be wrong with these two boards, so should be checked later.
Anyway, this is the output of the moveconfig tool.

Commit 7a777f6d6f ("mmc: Add generic Kconfig option") created
a Kconfig entry for this option without any actual moves, then
commit 44c798799f ("sunxi: Use Kconfig CONFIG_MMC") moved
instances only for SUNXI.
We generally do not like such partial moves. This kind of work
is automated by tools/moveconfig.py, so it is pretty easy to
complete this move.
I am adding "default ARM || PPC || SANDBOX" (suggested by Tom).
This shortens the configs and will ease new board porting.

The KeyStone platform has its own clk_get_rate() but its prototype
is different from that of the common-clk (clk-uclass) framework.
Prefix the KeyStone specific implementation with ks_ in order to
avoid name-space conflict.

As boot monitor contains a mkimage header, it can be loaded at any location.
So, have a common addr_mon address across all keystone2 SoCs. And also
making sure that boot monitor is installed early during default boot to
avoid any overlapping with other images.

This series moves the CONFIG_SYS_CACHELINE_SIZE. First, in nearly all
cases we are mirroring the values used by the Linux Kernel here. Also,
so long as (and in this case, it is true) we implement flushes in hunks
that are no larger than the smallest implementation (and given that we
mirror the Linux Kernel, again we are fine) it is OK to align higher.
The biggest changes here are that we always use 64 bytes for CPU_V7 even
if for example the underlying core is only 32 bytes (this mirrors
Linux). Second, we say ARM64 uses 64 bytes not 128 (as found in the
Linux Kernel) as we do not need multi-platform support (to this degree)
and only the Cavium ThunderX 88xx series has a use for such large
alignment.

The kernel can now use DT to reserve memory carveouts and
these areas are now the default for drivers that need reserved
memory, so reserving more here is unneeded and any memory reserved
this way will be wasted.

Move CONFIG_USB_XHCI to defconfig files for all boards, renaming it
into CONFIG_USB_XHCI_HCD.
As commented in the help of "config USB_XHCI" entry, this has been
a TODO for a long time; now CONFIG_USB_XHCI_HCD and CONFIG_USB_XHCI
have been unified in favor of the former.
Note:
Some boards define CONFIG_USB_XHCI in their headers without
CONFIG_USB, which does not meet the "depends on" in Kconfig.
I added CONFIG_USB=y for those boards when converting.
Otherwise, they would fail to build.

U-boot for general purpose KS2 devices is loaded to the beginning of the
internal memory (0x0c000000). Secure devices uses this memory and
CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE has to be different for those devices.
This commit make this configurable at build time by giving
CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE as a command line definition to make command.

NFS loading is similar to net loading except initial files are loaded
over NFS instead of TFTP, this removes the need for multiple different
protocol servers running on the host and allows the use of a single
network file system containing boot related files in their usual
in-filesystem directory. Add defaults for this boot style here.

This patch updates the env script to include a initramfs with firmware
loaded and provided to kernel through second argument of bootz command
during boot. Defined DEFAULT_FW_INITRAMFS_BOOT_ENV to have all of the
required env variables and use it in evm specific config file.
The K2 linux drivers for PCIe and NetCP (1G, 10G) requires serdes
firmwares. These requires firmware to be available early through the boot
process in some cases to satisfy firmware requests from driver. Hence use
a small initramfs to provide the same and update boot env to accommodate
this in the boot flow. This method is used when rootfs is nfs and ubifs.
This fs contains just lib/firmware folder with all required firmware.
When rootfs is on initramfs, then the filesystem has the firmware under
lib/firmware and this early initramfs is not required and is not used.

UBI images created by OE does not contain boot partition by default,
instead kernel and dtb are placed in /boot directory inside rootfs

Enable support for PMMC the TI power processor on K2G. This processor
manages all power management related activities on the SoC and and
allows the Operating Systems on compute processors such as ARM, DSP to
offload the power logic away into the power processor.

There are already two FIT options in Kconfig but the CONFIG options are
still in the header files. We need to do a proper move to fix this.

Unfortunately the first one is a little complicated. We need to make sure

image.h file. To solve this, add a new IMAGE_USE_FIT #define which can
be used in files that are built on the host but must also build for U-Boot
and SPL.
Note: Masahiro's moveconfig.py script is amazing.

The NOR flash on Keystone 2 evms has a u-boot-spl partition size of
0x80000.
Currently burn_uboot_spi will erase 0x100000 from the spi NOR which will
cause a partial erase of the misc partition.
Fix this by correcting the erase size.

If CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_F_LEN is enabled, the stack is moved down to the
specified size to make the malloc function available before relocation.
But on keystone platforms SYS_SPL_MALLOC is immediately preceding stack,
which is causing an overlap with this config enabled.
So leave a gap between malloc space and stack space.

Currently u-boot stack is defined at the beginning of MSMC RAM.
This is a problem for uart boot mode as ROM downloads directly to
starting of MSMC RAM.
Fixing it by moving stack to the end of u-boot section and shifting
SYS_TEXT_BASE to the start of MSMC RAM.
Updated division of MSMC RAM is shown below:

9MB reserved for initrd is not enough for default ramfs used for keystone
devices, which is ~33MB. This patch increases the size up to 80MB.

Add print_cpuinfo() function and enable
CONFIG_DISPLAY_CPUINFO for keystone platforms,
so that cpu info can be displayed during boot.

This patch replaces not existing addr_uboot environment variable by
loadaddr at get_uboot_net and burn_uboot_xxx commands. Otherwise these
commands are broken.

Try to maintain as much commonality by conditionally including stuff
in armv7_common as necessary and removing the common defines from
keystone2 header.
Note: as part of this change, all keystone2 platforms will now start
using the generic u-boot prompt instead of the custom prompt.
